I would leave a zero but not possible. My daughter can only take one type of birth control
This was noted in her profile before she went to college— clearly stating xiromed needed to be ordered ahead of time bc they don’t normally carry this. I called a week prior to her needing it and the guy I talked to said he sees the note and he will get to ordering it so she has it next week. DO NOT TAKE THEIR WORD, even when they say they get it… They lied bc what they really did was go into the note that was created and delete it bc my daughter picked up the rx but they had swapped it out with a different brand. They refuse to correct the situation even though it’s not opened and the problem was on their end— The manager refuses to do anything when I know for a fact, they could do something.. They refused to take accountability, even though I have phone calls showing that I talked to them at length on Saturday. Nothing is worse than not believing the customer and then gaslighting them instead. I want a pharmacy that will actually work with me not lie about it and won’t gaslight and I don’t think that’s too much to ask . They claim they told her the change of brand but she said they did not. I do know this has happened at the Mankato location but they worked on correcting it. they have not told us about brands being switched in the past on both mine and my daughters script and I know this was a recent news story- pharmacies swapping brands without telling you— this has been an unnecessary struggle for a year— and again they assume no accountability. I am switching all my medications at this point not only out of spite but bc their inability to work with and resolve issues is non existent and their ability to do as requested when I called in the specific rx and made the verbal specification to brand needed and the pharmacist even said yes I see this brand is needed and will have to be ordered was a lie— but I guess that’s doting doing other people‘s jobs for them because they aren’t competent enough to do them on their own even when they’ve promised they would and you’ve made sure that they understand it. They just go do whatever they want in the end

The pharmacist was very unprofessional and impatient. I had reached out to them several times regarding a refill (just a prescription vitamin) which hadn’t been processed. I don't like leaving bad reviews, but you should know before you do business here. I'm moving all of my families prescriptions to Costco. I will not do business again here.

Pharmacy technicians are rude and disgruntled. Like walking on eggshells when I have to pick up a prescription. If you don't want to help sick people get their medicine don't work at a pharmacy.

Solid location, pharmacy staff is always above and beyond, but occasionally hard to get help anywhere else.

The automated voice messaging service is so out of hand it’s insane. Trash company. The corporations are pathetic. Understaffed when making billions. Then we as people have to deal with it.

The pharmist went above and beyond. I’m a diabetic and take Mounjaro which has worked wonders for me. I usually get my meds thru a mail order pharmacy which is cheaper with my military retirement coverage. However, they are more than a bit “iffy”. My current refill from them was received frozen, i.e. useless. After a week of jumping through hoops with them they canceled my replacement order and said call your doctor and go local retail. My doctor sent a new prescription to Kenwood Walgreens. However, seeing the other pharmacy had billed insurance, having a new additional prescription filled was understandably canceled by my insurance. The pharmacist at Kenwood Walgreens made the necessary calls and got me a new prescription that my insurance would cover. He then called me personally and explained the situation. The prescription was ready for pickup in less than half an hour. I did not have to go without as I had feared requiring a need for manipulation of my other meds. Great work by the pharmacist proving he was much more than a “pill counter”. His extra efforts and work is very much appreciated.

I don’t have a high bar for quality of service, upkeep and item availability at nation-wide chain stores. So I wasn’t surprised when the customer service was ok, and they didn’t have something in stock that I needed. Thats why they get a 4/5 vs 5/5.

Pharmacy is great, the retail store is horrible. There is always a line of people waiting to check out, and there is always only one cashier. Plan on standing in line for 15min as everyone has some sort of payment issue, and their point of sale registers ask about 10 questions including if you want a credit card. God forbid someone actually says yes to the credit card question. That's another 10min while the one cashier deals with an electronic credit card application.
Long story short.....just go to CVS.

Unreal, I pull up to the pick up window in terrible pain 7/10 causing nausea. (Took everything I had just to get to Orthopedic Urgent care today.) At the window I'm told " Your prescription is not filled yet and we close for an hour so come back at 2:30 today if you want your medication" I dont even want to give this rating one ?, but I have to, to leave a review.?

I just called the pharmacy at Walgreens to check on a prescription I have been waiting on for over a month now. As I was waiting to be transferred and for the phone to ring, I cleared my throat. ONCE. As I finish clearing my throat someone answers the phone, "Walgreens" and I say "Hello, I was just calling to check on a prescription" and she answers back, incredibly rudely, "If you're going to clear your throat like that, you absolutely need to pull the phone away from your mouth. You cleared your throat and not only was it just super loud, it was to the point of causing me physical pain to my ears. You can not ever do something like that again. Just a lesson you need to learn, word to the wise, but no hard feelings hopefully......" then pauses as I am supposed to take the conversation from there. I have not been treated that rudely by customer service in a long time and am very upset that she made this a priority and took the time to lecture me, when I was just calling for a prescription update. Very rude.

I had the BEST experience printing pictures here. So good I needed to leave a review. They were so nice and incredibly fast and offered the best customer service. Joe (I believe was his name) was one of the best workers I’ve ever met. If Joe’s boss is reading this, he deserves a raise!! Keep that guy as long as you can!!Happy Holidays!

I went in to buy a few items, and walked up to the main check-out. The cashier (dressed in street clothes and no name tag) told me he was closing his register and that he wouldn't help me.I asked if the people in the pharmacy were open, and if they would ring me up. He ignored me and refused to speak.I went to the back and got great service. Upon walking out the front, I noticed the cashier was helping someone else. I said "Oh, you got your register working!" He said "Guess so and laughed." I asked him his name, and after thinking about it for a few minutes he came up with Ronald.I went back to the pharmacy to verify the teenagers name, and they had no idea. They grabbed me a "manager" and he refused to tell me the teens name, either. I said "Ronald," and then he said "Yeah that's his name."Incredible, absolutely incredible
