Walgreens offers a variety of services including prescription refills, health and beauty products, and photo printing. Pharmacy hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 1:30pm and 2pm to 9pm, Saturday from 9am to 1:30pm and 2pm to 6pm, and Sunday from 10am to 1:30pm and 2pm to 6pm. While some customers find the overall service acceptable, experiences vary significantly. One customer reported a frustrating delay in getting medication, while another praised the quick and friendly service received while printing photos. The cashiers are often described as polite, and some staff members, like a helpful lady with makeup assistance, have made a positive impression. Overall, Walgreens shows potential with its customer service, especially in photo printing, but inconsistencies in pharmacy operations can lead to mixed reviews.
Worst place to get prescription filled, takes a week to get blood pressure medicine filled and require doctors approval every time. Can go down street and get it filled in an hour. Poor service at kenwood and grand ave. Ask why and get attitude. Good bye

I needed a pharmacy transcript transfer and they put my pharmacy on hold for 30 minutes. On top of that I called myself was put on hold and they just hug up. I saw one the doctors there wispy blond hair with split ends and pancake hinds; so not sure why I expected so much from her, she gives so little to herself.
