“Have always had the best service with this bank. Used to be a treasurer for a local church and had to deal several times with several people at 1st United and had always gotten the best service and all my questions answered. They were always patient waiting for the church council to meet first and get info back to them that they needed!Also use as my personal bank and one of the tellers even knows me by name. She has helped me out several times when needed if I happen to be in her line when inside the bank!If I ever had a question concerning my bank account they have always given me time and answered my questions!Easy to make appointments for their other services!”

“I believe if one is fair, they should complain when they are unhappy with their service, and also compliment those who deserve it when things go well.I spent time with Christy Engels, the branch manager at Wells Fargo Bank, in Faribault, yesterday and I was impressed by her willingness to go "over the top" to help me. Yeah sure, of course it's her job, and yet even at the end of the day she had great energy and presence and a willingness to serve. From the time I introduced myself, in the middle of a conversation she was having with another employee, she did everything possible to get back to me as soon as she could. While we were handling the details of my situation, she not only handled the task efficiently and swiftly, she made comments to me that made me certain that she is in the right place, at the right time, doing a job she is well suited for, as well as being a caring person and good citizen in our community.”

“I love them!! The customer service is always great. Being a family always on the go, accessing our accounts from afar is very important. They always return our phone calls, are always helpful, and everything works! I've only had one problem with online banking and when I called, I got a live person (no automated crap) who helped me step by step until we figured out the problem. I opened up accounts for my kids as well and the lady was so patient and friendly, it made their experience quite pleasant. Deposits are in there when they are supposed to be and electronic transactions come out promptly, which is awesome. I don't have any complaints, really. I have just consistently had good experiences with them that when a mistake happens, it doesn't bother me. :)”
