We had a great experience with our delivery. We had prompt, clear communication to set up the delivery and again right before it was delivered. The driver went above and beyond and wheeled the heavy package into our garage. We inspected the contents after and everything was intact with no issues.

They suck. There was a giant hole in the roof that they repaired with silver tape. It leaked and wrecked a bunch of our stuff and didn't want to pay us for the damages. I have pictures of the hole in the roof with that being taped up.

If I could give 100 stars I would! An all round amazing experience! Every employee I had interaction with was accommodating, kind, professional and efficient. When we needed to adjust our moving date, not a problem. And they honored the original price. NO hidden fees. U-Pack saved us 1000's over a full service moving company, and were even less than us driving ourselves. When the condo complex was concerned about the size of trucks, U-Pack did everything they could to be in and out as efficient as possible. And every person from the customer service agents to the delivery driver were so friendly and kind. Keep it up U-Pack. In a world where customer service seems to have gone downhill and inflation has skyrocketed you stand out as a rare exception of excellence! Thank you!! Recommend in every way!

I had a terrific experience with ABF/UPack I was especially impressed by Stephanie who went out of her way to be helpful. She really cares! It all went as scheduled in the drop off and pick up once I filled it up. I'm sure it will go as smoothly on the other end once the pod arrives. thank you and especially thanks to Stephanie !

We moved our stuff from MN to Fort Myers Florida. We used U-Pack and highly recommend. Both in MN and FL. On-time, professional and everything arrived as packed. It was an awesome experience.

Worst moving company ever they were not even helping me I had to carry everything then once I carried everything they said they couldn't take it because it was over their limit and then they said I still have to pay for it so then I called the police the police said that I still had to pay for it then I went to court Then once I went to court, the court said that I still do have to pay for it and it was $1266 so.

Your driver is on 35 south in MN right now - severe snow and ice flying off your truck at all the cars. At 1 point White out conditions, very unsafe.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. They called on 12/8 to setup delivery. The delivery never came and after a week I called to be told they lost my package. Even after all that, they never contacted me or placed any urgency on the issue. I called again 3 days later and they still had no idea where it was or when it would be delivered. The incompetence of Samantha and her team were on full display. Beyond frustrated and would think twice about using ABF for your personal or commercial shipping needs.

The coordinator I spoke to over the phone was nice and helpful. The person at the customer service counter was also nice and helpful. However, the forklift guy (this was a dock pickup) told me I drove to the wrong ramp for pickup. When I explained that this is in fact where customer service told me to go, he told me they never say that. Not a huge fan of being called a liar, I told him not to call me a liar. He proceeded to say don’t call me black. He was white and so am I, but this was clearly a very racist comment. Then he brought another guy over to… I am not sure, maybe intimidate me? Then he continued to egg me on as I finished securing my load. In all my history of doing business with other businesses, I have never been treated this way. And when I reported the incident to a Manager, I was told maybe I should just pick up deliveries when the morning crew is in. Sorry… I won’t do business with companies who treat their customers this way. Not ever. I am contacting my suppliers and telling them not to use ABF ever again.

Let's face it: Moving is stressful, but UPack made it so much better! They were responsive, on time, and beat the price on all of the competitors! Their policy of pay for only what you use is great - we had two ReloCubes delivered and only used one. No hidden fees or taxes, unlike Pods! Reading the BBB reviews of Packrat scared me away, so I stuck it out with UPack and couldn't be more satisfied. My ReloCube arrived well ahead of schedule and it was dropped off early in the morning. Just a word of advice though: When loading your contents, don't call to schedule your pickup until it's totally ready! They don't offer pickup windows. I asked them to pick it up at the end of the day (which they said they'd try but couldn't guarantee it) and it came at 10am - yikes I wasn't ready! Thankfully they came back the next day for no charge. Barb on the phone was really personable and pleasant. She gave me a suggestion on what to check out on my road trip and it was awesome! Thank you so much UPack I'll recommend you any day!

This experience was better than I could have expected. Are my expectations too low? Perhaps. Getting an online quote without submitting my contact information is the first big plus. To then talking with an agent who made it clear I wouldn't be charged until my shipment was in transit, this was great. The price quoted was what I was charged! Wait what?! It's true! The container was being shipped 1700+ miles arrived on time, in fact on the earlier side of the time window. While the contents were well packed everything was still intact despite the long hail. This is the way to move.
