My wife and I just had a wonderful experience at the Eagan Crocs store! The young man managing the store was friendly, knowledgable, competent and pleasant. He even went that extra mile to guide us to some coupons and bargains. We will definitely will go back soon!

Very Disappointing Experience – Poor Staff Behavior
Visited this Crocs outlet and was extremely disappointed with the customer service from the Manager and Cashier insitigated by the manager
. The manager was rude and unprofessional. We were told to pick up all the shoes from the floor, even those we clearly hadn’t touched or tried on. There was no clear communication and the way it was handled was arrogant and accusatory.
There was zero courtesy or basic customer support. This is not what you expect from an international brand like Crocs. I would not recommend shopping here — be careful, as you might be blamed for things you didn’t even do.

Bought a pair of Crocs from this location back in 2024. While everything in the Twin Cities Outlet Mall is expensive the Crocs store was fairly reasonable in my opinion. Plus, they do give a military discount. Employees were decent and courteous. With that said.
I travel the Mall in my power scooter being a disabled veteran. Sometimes I travel the Mall looking for deals, and any special events that may be going on. And lastly the 4FUN bus departs from the Mall to places like Valley Fair and Mystic Lake Casino.

May 2025 - current staff is really awesome. It’s been a minute since I’ve been to a retail store where staff were both friendly and genuinely helpful. Really pleasant interactions over the phone as well as in store. Appreciate this level of customer service!

I am never gonna be sad at the Crocs store. It's like the candy store but for shoes! Colorful, fun Crocs all around! Hundreds of Jibbitz to fancy them up! The store was tidy and well-stocked with classics and fun new seasonal stuff as well. I had great conversations with both employees on the floor, and they checked on me twice and offered some thoughts on sizing as well. I am ready for spring with two new pairs of Crocs!
