Forward Air Corporation is super nice to drivers and very straight forward about wait times, loading and unloading. The drop and hook is quick and painless with lots of room to back and docks spaced out nicely. The bathroom is clean and staff is friendly. There is overnight parking. Construction currently makes it impossible to find, messing up GPS routing.

UNRELIABLE. If they cancel on your for a “broke down truck” do not be surprised, and they’ll wait until the item was supposed to be delivered to cancel instead of giving any notice at all.

Super nice to drivers. Very straight forward about all your wait times, loading, unloading…. Clean bathroom. Love it. When will everyone else realize that we need so little - respect for our time and clean bathrooms.
