One note for the owners - you should educate your burnsville staff on the drycleaning process. I had a few questions regarding drycleaning (my first time drycleaning something) and the staff member did not know anything about dry cleaning. We googled the questions together lol”
“I wouldn’t recommend coming to this laundromat. I’m not sure if I spoke to the owner or an employee, but she was a tall white woman with grey-blonde hair and a very masculine demeanor. She was extremely rude for no reason.
I came with my client to do laundry—my client comes here often—but she only had $7 in her account. The machine cost $7, but we didn’t know you need at least $10 in your account to use it. The worker approached my client in a rude, condescending tone to tell her this. When I politely explained that I understood and would help my client figure it out, she told me to be quiet because she “knows about the washer machines” and I don’t. I’m sure she does—I’d hope so—but knowing machines and knowing manners are two different things.
Long story short: she may know a lot about washer machines, but she doesn’t seem to know much about customer service. She was unhelpful, rude, and belittled both me and my client multiple times. Perhaps some retraining is in order—not on the machines, but on basic respect and customer service.”
“For 10 years I brought 300 marching band uniforms to LaMac. I have worked with Nick for a long time. He is honest, reliable and always helpful. LaMac has successfully removed the most challenging stains and when needed, accommodated rush orders. Always at a fair price. I love LaMac!”
“LaMac on Nicollet Avenue is my "Go-To" place when I am unable to get a stain out on my own. More than once I have tried without success all the home remedies suggested on-line. I have taken the item to LaMac on Nicollet and they got it out! They have good availability via their hours.”

“This is an update to my earlier review regarding my lost duvet cover and my experience dealing with Hallmark Cleaners (which was terrible). After almost giving up hope of finding the duvet cover that had been lost at the Vernon Avenue cleaners, my faith was restored today. This occured after the extraordinarily helpful woman who was working truly made an effort to find it and enlisted the help of her manager (who was on site). They both were fantastic and were able to locate the duvet. Kudos to both of them. I am most appreciative, but still recommend asking for a receipt. The 4 star review reflects the 5-star service of today, combined with the poor service provided previously.”

They have gotten out many tough stains and saved many of my items. I recently brought my winter coats that were in desperate condition. I thought one of them might be ruined. “I brought in a wool winter coat with a lot of dog hair on it. The staff did an extra effort to not only clean my coat, but remove all the hair and fuzz from the coat. The were excellent!!!”
