3250 Denmark Ave #106, Eagan MN 55121
“Friendliest people ever. Very professional. They answered my questions directly. They overcharged me but refunded me when I picked up my clothes. I didn’t even know they overcharged me, but the associate took the time to call me after closing to let tell me they can make it right. Clothes were cleaned and pressed properly. I have no complaints. The sleeves weren’t creased which I prefer. I’d come back here again.”

“I wanted to share a great experience I had with Zach and John, who installed new laundry machines at one of the properties I manage this morning. They were both incredibly friendly and professional, kept me informed throughout the entire process, and represented their company very well. They also made sure the area was clean and tidy before wrapping up, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience—I would absolutely look forward to working with them again in the future. Highly recommend!”

“Was recommended by my wedding seamstress to take my dress here for a one-spot treatment. Didn’t understand how rare of a service this is for wedding dresses. I brought the dress in and within seconds the cleaner had the stain removed! Cannot recommend this place enough!”

“Super reasonable prices and friendly service! Will be going here from now on! One note for the owners - you should educate your burnsville staff on the drycleaning process. I had a few questions regarding drycleaning (my first time drycleaning something) and the staff member did not know anything about dry cleaning. We googled the questions together lol”

“For 10 years I brought 300 marching band uniforms to LaMac. I have worked with Nick for a long time. He is honest, reliable and always helpful. LaMac has successfully removed the most challenging stains and when needed, accommodated rush orders. Always at a fair price. I love LaMac!”

“LaMac on Nicollet Avenue is my "Go-To" place when I am unable to get a stain out on my own. More than once I have tried without success all the home remedies suggested on-line. I have taken the item to LaMac on Nicollet and they got it out! They have good availability via their hours.”

“We can’t thank Laurie enough!!! We needed last minute pressing a wedding gown. While I do not recommend this approach, Laurie was incredibly helpful and we got the wedding dress a day earlier than promised. The work was done beautifully and she gave us helpful suggestions to keep it wedding day ready! Thank you so much for your extra effort and excellent customer service!!!!”

“Why is it that some people feel the need to leave a one-star review for a hard‑working small business? In Minnesota, small businesses already face huge challenges just to keep their doors open — taxes, regulations, and endless obstacles. I’ve been a customer here for years, and they’ve always been fantastic. This place has served thousands of happy customers for over 20 years, yet it only takes one or two unhappy people to try to tarnish their reputation with a single bad review.”

“I went this morning, there were tons of available machines. I was able to get change for my bills no problem. There is an ATM on site. The attendant went through with a broom and dustpan sweeping at least twice while I was there. Folks were pleasant and polite. If you are in need of a laundromat, I highly recommend Blue Lake.”

“This is an update to my earlier review regarding my lost duvet cover and my experience dealing with Hallmark Cleaners (which was terrible). After almost giving up hope of finding the duvet cover that had been lost at the Vernon Avenue cleaners, my faith was restored today. This occured after the extraordinarily helpful woman who was working truly made an effort to find it and enlisted the help of her manager (who was on site). They both were fantastic and were able to locate the duvet. Kudos to both of them. I am most appreciative, but still recommend asking for a receipt. The 4 star review reflects the 5-star service of today, combined with the poor service provided previously.”

“If your change machine is going to dispense a mix of quarters and tokens that can only be used at your establishment; it would be nice if the dryers would accept those tokens…”

“I was In town for an interview and spilled something on my shirt. They cleaned it the same day and I went to the interview. A clean shirt helped my confidence during my interview. Cannot imagine how self conscious I would be with a dirty shirt.”

“This place is the best! They do amazing work at great prices. I have been coming here for over 10 years and have never had a bad experience. They really care about getting your items cleaned. They have gotten out many tough stains and saved many of my items. I recently brought my winter coats that were in desperate condition. I thought one of them might be ruined. They got them all looking brand new! I will never trust another cleaner on care, quality and price!”

“The “FREE” Drying is done away with. The disrespectful use of the dryers and the cost of repair had to be offset. It appears “all the dryers” are working properly! Let’s help keep it that way!!”

“Change machines give a mixture of tokens and quarters. No option to just get quarters unless you're changing one dollar or five dollar bills. Be aware, some machines ONLY take quarters. (Cheapest dryers) Very little signage on this. I was surprised by it. ? That said, the washing machines are efficient. The cheap dryers don't dry a medium load in one cycle, but you can add a quarter while it's running and get 2 more minutes when you press start again... Cheaper to let it finish it's cycle and start again. The snack prices seem reasonable (.75¢ for little bag Fritos - they're sometimes $1.25). Drinks are $2. Steep if they're cans. Reasonable if they're bottles. There is free Wi-Fi advertised, which I did not use. There is a coin push game machine which looks like you can win cash, but those machines rarely pay out. TVs are set to fox 9 and whatever channel plays the Peoples Court. Idk if these channels change or not. All in all, I got my clothes clean for not too much $.”

“Not a real bad place was in there a couple nights ago and was trying to change the television channel and the owner came in and kicked me out and told me that I'm not aloud back said if I come back he would call police and have me arrested lol for changing the TV channel so no I will not be back there half the washing machines and dryers don't work and the soap machine on the wall will take your money every time”
