One note for the owners - you should educate your burnsville staff on the drycleaning process. I had a few questions regarding drycleaning (my first time drycleaning something) and the staff member did not know anything about dry cleaning. We googled the questions together lol”

“LaMac on Nicollet Avenue is my "Go-To" place when I am unable to get a stain out on my own. More than once I have tried without success all the home remedies suggested on-line. I have taken the item to LaMac on Nicollet and they got it out! They have good availability via their hours.”

“I went this morning, there were tons of available machines. I was able to get change for my bills no problem. There is an ATM on site. The attendant went through with a broom and dustpan sweeping at least twice while I was there. Folks were pleasant and polite. If you are in need of a laundromat, I highly recommend Blue Lake.”
“This is an update to my earlier review regarding my lost duvet cover and my experience dealing with Hallmark Cleaners (which was terrible). After almost giving up hope of finding the duvet cover that had been lost at the Vernon Avenue cleaners, my faith was restored today. This occured after the extraordinarily helpful woman who was working truly made an effort to find it and enlisted the help of her manager (who was on site). They both were fantastic and were able to locate the duvet. Kudos to both of them. I am most appreciative, but still recommend asking for a receipt. The 4 star review reflects the 5-star service of today, combined with the poor service provided previously.”

“I was In town for an interview and spilled something on my shirt. They cleaned it the same day and I went to the interview. A clean shirt helped my confidence during my interview. Cannot imagine how self conscious I would be with a dirty shirt.”
“This place is the best! They do amazing work at great prices. I have been coming here for over 10 years and have never had a bad experience. They really care about getting your items cleaned. They have gotten out many tough stains and saved many of my items. I recently brought my winter coats that were in desperate condition. I thought one of them might be ruined. They got them all looking brand new! I will never trust another cleaner on care, quality and price!”
“The “FREE” Drying is done away with.
The disrespectful use of the dryers and the cost of repair had to be offset.
It appears “all the dryers” are working properly!

“Change machines give a mixture of tokens and quarters. No option to just get quarters unless you're changing one dollar or five dollar bills. Be aware, some machines ONLY take quarters. (Cheapest dryers) Very little signage on this. I was surprised by it. ?
That said, the washing machines are efficient. The cheap dryers don't dry a medium load in one cycle, but you can add a quarter while it's running and get 2 more minutes when you press start again... Cheaper to let it finish it's cycle and start again.
The snack prices seem reasonable (.75¢ for little bag Fritos - they're sometimes $1.25). Drinks are $2. Steep if they're cans. Reasonable if they're bottles. There is free Wi-Fi advertised, which I did not use.
There is a coin push game machine which looks like you can win cash, but those machines rarely pay out.
TVs are set to fox 9 and whatever channel plays the Peoples Court. Idk if these channels change or not. All in all, I got my clothes clean for not too much $.”
“Not a real bad place was in there a couple nights ago and was trying to change the television channel and the owner came in and kicked me out and told me that I'm not aloud back said if I come back he would call police and have me arrested lol for changing the TV channel so no I will not be back there half the washing machines and dryers don't work and the soap machine on the wall will take your money every time”

“Friendliest people ever. Very professional. They answered my questions directly. They overcharged me but refunded me when I picked up my clothes. I didn’t even know they overcharged me, but the associate took the time to call me after closing to let tell me they can make it right. Clothes were cleaned and pressed properly. I have no complaints. The sleeves weren’t creased which I prefer. I’d come back here again.”
