We stopped here to get a souvenir hat representing twin cities on 03/28. The worker was a tall darker man. He was very knowledgeable, very helpful! We have looked over the past 4 days for a good hat at surrounding malls (including mall of America). This is where we made our purchased. He even steamed the hat for my husband. A1 customer service

We stop at this shop every time we are in the Twin Cities. This is a must stop for any sports fan. The staff is always courteous and willing to help you with whatever you are looking for. I picked up this hat on my last visit.

Good store. Has a good variety of sports teams memorabilia minus the Packers gear, ha. I’ve had good shopping experiences here, but as of late they usually don’t have what I’m looking for. So I go else where. I’ve had good customer service, as well. One thing I will say it’s not good for a business if the inside and employees smell like weed. Hope they can fix that. Anyway, I’ll be back soon if I want anything.

Let me start and say I rarely give 5 stars but you have a gem of a staff member who took care of me from start to finish with other folks in the store by herself. Thank you for the great experience and the custom lid that I will proudly wear. Cali is a rock star and will get all my merch from you guys. Ps. Showing love to the adjacent store the the guy in there was awesome as well.

Sevice was horrible.. he pretty much pressured me through out thenstore.. I bought a "612" Logo cusrom MN Twins hat, immediately when I put the hat on, my head starts iching uncontrollably. Like it's been wore by in-house staff. Lice like symptoms. I believe it was wore be a filthy employee who has lice. My head still freaking itches!
