“The store itself is great. But the reason I'm leaving this review is to thank the staff for their incredible generosity. My wife and I got stranded in Minneapolis during the nightmare of flight cancellations over the Christmas holiday. During our unexpected stay, we stopped by Lunds & Byerlys in Eagan to get some supplies for our impromptu Christmas Eve away from our families. When the staff learned of our situation, there was an outpouring of genuine concern, kind words, and even some free Christmas treats and a holiday card from the manager. I've rarely experienced such generosity from strangers. The wonderful folks at the Eagan store exhibited a true Christmas spirit that helped bring some joy to an otherwise difficult situation. Thank you all!”

Cub foods, The dollar store, Papa Murphy's the fitness center, the diamond shop and jewelry store there )They do a Great Job fixing jewelry and educating you on what you have. If needed The owner there she is very nice. The Collectible shop is a great place to buy stuff to bring back your childhood the owner is a great & nice guy. Everything from classic video game consoles such as an Atari. Baseball cards in classic action figures everything from the transformers to He-Man everything and the prices are fairly reasonable a great place to shop & Get a Quick Bite without all the foot traffic. (A little gem in the nook of Eagen)”

We nibbled on the dry-rub chicken breast sandwiches, the tenderness and intense flavor confirming why Kowalski's is held in such high regard. The sweet potato fries grill kits were another highlight, with the kids particularly enjoying the fun of assembling their own snack.As we moved on to the picnic-perfect salads, we were treated to a cornucopia of fresh and colorful produce, each bite a celebration of the season. The Triple Berry Shortcake was a beautiful summer dessert, the layers of fresh berries, fluffy cake, and whipped cream creating a harmonious symphony of taste.The selection of cheese paired with crackers and various accompaniments was another treat. The cocktail and mocktail mixers added a lively element to the event, the kids delighting in the sweet, fizzy concoctions made just for them. And the chips and dips! They were a hit, the perfect snack as we roamed the store and sampled the delights on offer.But the magic didn't stop at the food. The two summer gift baskets, which were up for grabs, added an element of thrill to the event. My kids were buzzing with anticipation, fingers crossed in hopes that they would be the lucky ones.Leaving the event, we carried with us not only full stomachs but hearts full of joy and a renewed sense of community. Our appreciation for Kowalski's only deepened, and the Summer Entertaining Event became a cherished memory for our family. “This place is great for hard to find d spirits. I've been able to find my favorite Dutch beer (Dutchess) soju in multiple flavors, and at times, they even have my favorite wine in fox run from Morgan Creek. Defiently would recommend it. I have never had a bad experience there so far.”

“This is in Minnesota, Eagan Minnesota. I visit my children and grandchildren there several times a year. I live in a rural area of Southern Wisconsin, with one grocery store. So, I very much enjoy shopping at Kowalskis, bringing back specialty items not available to me. And their " morning buns" are delicious....my son makes sure we have them while I visit. Haven't told them that I make a stop on my way out of town to get morning buns to take home to Wisconsin!”

“They have a decent selection, prices are a little high for me but it may just be that I'm not from the area. The associate that's always there when I go in is nice and helpful though.”

“The store is clean and beautiful so you don't mind staying longer to buy more items. The aisles are wide and well organized, no steps, no obstacles, no accessibility issues noted. The produce is beautiful and delicious, but prices are hit or miss. You'll need to do some homework before buying to see which items are good deals. The fast food possibilities seem endless, but they are not my favorite things to eat. The Wahlburger burgers are tasty, but I don't want to try the Asian, Pizza, Market Grill or Deli ever again. We love the donuts at Hy-Vee. The cakes are beautiful but expensive. I always buy birthday candles here. They always have a beautiful selection and they're very affordable too. We love their fresh artisan bread from the bakery, especially the sourdough. They have a great floral department. The flower arrangements are gorgeous but pricey. I prefer to wait for great sales for florals. I find their clothing department too expensive, and will likely never buy anything from there. It still feels odd to see the clothing department inside a grocery store. I love the convenience of having a Starbucks inside the Hy-Vee store, but it is a bit odd to have the Starbucks building just 20 steps outside the Hy-Vee.”

“Three visits since I discovered it late this summer, three A+ meals. Do NOT be put off by the current convenience store location. Hearty portions. Food is freaking delicious. I often crave the carnitas tacos. We've also had the chicken tinga tacos, rice, chips and various salsas. All good, and I look forward to trying more.”
