Very heard to track order as they often hand off freight to 3rd party carrier and there us no way to track it.

I work for a leading distribution center and I have never had as many problems as I have had with Tax Air. I have had late and lost deliveries from them for the past 4 years and I unfortunately do not get to choose who ships the packages. Stay away!!!
