We had a great experience with upack. Their quote was significantly cheaper than similar options like pods. Trailer was delivered when they said it would be and it was nice to have 3 days to load it. Our bill came in cheaper than quoted since we didn’t use all of the space. Everyone in dispatch was friendly and helpful and they were able to get it picked up right when we needed it to be. We had to use storage - they comped the first month and we were a few days over that when we closed on our new house and they didn’t charge us for the extra time. Our belongings were exactly as we left them when they dropped the trailer off despite rainy/stormy weather during the time it was in storage. Very good experience, definitely recommend!

Excellent customer service. However, it's good to know that your stuff, no matter how well you pack or how many straps you use, will take a beating. Every single box was completely smashed, condensation from outside got into my container and the ink from the boxes bled on a lot of my stuff and stained it. So it's very affordable and UPack is great, but the transportation companies are not at all careful, so beware of that. But overall, I'd use them again.

Great experience from start to finish!!! Our trailers were deleivered on time both at the origin and at the destination. They were always available to answer our questions. I would not hesitate to use U-Pack for any future moves. Highly recommended!

We moved from Minneapolis to Charlotte. The prices were fair for the move of one pod. Delivery went smoothly on both ends. U-Pack kept us informed on the whole process. Would definitely use them again.

I hesitate to say that moving was a delight, but with U-Pack, it almost was. Everyone I talked to was helpful, friendly, and reassuring. When there was a permit mistake, they worked with me to pick up the cube and deliver it another day. Every time I called to confirm status, they were friendly and helpful and let me know when the cube was going to be picked up or delivered. When getting a permit for the cube, they looked on Google Maps with me to find a spot and even told me which poles would work to hang the no parking signs! I'm so glad I could depend on them for my move because it made things so much less stressful.

The entire team at U-Pack Gave us the BEST experience I have ever had with moving . They answered every question with ONE phone call . We had them move us from Hudson Wi to Tucson Az .Flawless From the drop off to the pick up . Can't say enough great things about them Highly Recommend ... You won't be disappointed... ON time Perfect delivery .

I highly recommend U pack. We moved across country and everyone was quoted us several thousand dollars. We are talking 9k+ dollars. U pack was the best priced. We opted to save more money by loading and unloading ourselves. A truck driver comes to drop off the trailer and pick it up. The truck drivers themselves were very friendly and helpful. The trailer to put your belongings in was great and did the job. They are very easy to get a hold of. Mike in AZ was very nice. Only complaint I have is their ramps don't seem to be made for those trailers. Both times, the bolts were positioned so that only one would go into the hole at the back of the trailer to stabilize it. Kind of sketchy and I would recommend checking it every so often and making sure that bolt is in there so you don't have a nasty accident.

They suck. There was a giant hole in the roof that they repaired with silver tape. It leaked and wrecked a bunch of our stuff and didn't want to pay us for the damages. I have pictures of the hole in the roof with that being taped up.

This is the 3rd move I’ve used U-Pack for. This company has fair pricing, responsive, and everything has gone as expected each time I have moved with them. Definitely recommend and will be a return customer for future moves.

If I could give 100 stars I would! An all round amazing experience! Every employee I had interaction with was accommodating, kind, professional and efficient. When we needed to adjust our moving date, not a problem. And they honored the original price. NO hidden fees. U-Pack saved us 1000's over a full service moving company, and were even less than us driving ourselves. When the condo complex was concerned about the size of trucks, U-Pack did everything they could to be in and out as efficient as possible. And every person from the customer service agents to the delivery driver were so friendly and kind. Keep it up U-Pack. In a world where customer service seems to have gone downhill and inflation has skyrocketed you stand out as a rare exception of excellence! Thank you!! Recommend in every way!

We moved our stuff from MN to Fort Myers Florida. We used U-Pack and highly recommend. Both in MN and FL. On-time, professional and everything arrived as packed. It was an awesome experience.

We used U-Pack to move from Shakopee, MN to Atlanta, GA. The truck was there right on time with a friendly driver. We were expecting the truck at our new destination closer to the end of the month but it arrived on time . I scheduled via mobile message link to set up pick up. I would use u-pack for my next move. Handsdown one of the best mover I can trust on. Thank you!

Worst moving company ever they were not even helping me I had to carry everything then once I carried everything they said they couldn't take it because it was over their limit and then they said I still have to pay for it so then I called the police the police said that I still had to pay for it then I went to court Then once I went to court, the court said that I still do have to pay for it and it was $1266 so.
