Absolutely fantastic service! Every time I've gone in, they are fast, friendly, and do extra little things that are not necessary but show that they actually care. I've never been in a UPS store like this. Absolutely incredible. 100% recommend. 2025 June

Nicest most helpful people ever. Leaps and bounds above USPS. I was having a package nightmare and they saved the day and took amazing care of me. All of the people working there were super nice and helpful not only to me, but the others being helped. 10/10 for UPS Eagan!!!
