“I was curious and was reading a few reviews as this is my local store. I’m shocked, I think this place offers great service, they’ve gone above and beyond for me. As far as UPS stores in Eagan, this is the best one by far. Thanks for always making my experience positive. All the best.”
“I can count on consistent delivery of my packages, usually 1,100 miles away to family. When I go into the UPS Store near me I’m walking into a friendly where I know I’ll get excellent services and always with a smile from the Clerks. They have helped me any times to select the best box size or fasten a package I’m shipping.
Tracking is wonderful. The Choice tracking lets me know when to call my family members and friends to check that my items shipped arrived and are in perfect condition. The same is true when I shop online and ship direct.
Kudos for The UPS Store #1236 and The UPS Team.”

“I had a bunch of Amazon returns all at once, with different QRs and groupings. I was helped with efficiency and also without feeling like I was being rushed along. Hugely grateful for Cody, Oscar (el Heffe), and CJ! I’ll continue to bring my Amazon returns to this great UPS store.”
“I have been getting my print work from this local company for years. They are amazing! Today I just picked up another order and realized I have never sent in a review to say this!! Thank you for always accommodating our requests and all of the custom orders we have. Today the order was just BEAUTIFUL! We ordered some vinyl signs, posters and a large poster that needed to be altered and they did it all better than perfect!Thank you for your attention to detail always! I am thrilled with the order today (and always)!”
“I want to ensure great employees are recognized & hopefully rewarded. Too many people are only motivated by revenge or a bad experience; NOT the case here- These guys are always so helpful and positive. A pleasure to use the store because of the staff!”
