Was trying to switch accounts with a phone call to customer service and was on the call for an hour and explained 3 different times to the representative that the owner was unavailable however, ome of the account managers was with me and still the representative wanted the owner to confirm what was happening. If an account has more than 3 managers on the account, use one of them..good grief. We understand the legality, don't have us sit on the phone on a runaround telling us the account manager is good to go and 2 seconds later tell us that the account owner still needs to verify after we gave the credentials of the owner and one of the account managers to verify.The store personnel were great.

Verizon has really taken a turn for the worst. Customer service is lacking all around. Go elsewhere. I went in for help transferring a line onto my account. Waited 10-15 min for them to come back with an 800 number because they were busy and clearly didn't want to help. Told them I have nothing but issues with the 800 numbers and that's why I was there but they didn't care.

Arrived at 5:45 to look into trading in my phone due to rebooting issues. I was told they were too busy to help me since they already had two customers in the store and a 6:00 appointment. They close at 7…. Don’t go here expecting any Customer service.

Adam, Tanner, and Emily are the best! With all the promos going on right now, we made the switch to Verizon and they made the experience easy on us! We had some issues with switching over but they did all the work to make it a good experience for us. They were very patient with us and answered any questions we had. I’d highly recommend this store to anyone

Make sure they have to replacement product first. I assumed they had the replacement. I Said I didn’t need the scratched one and he threw my camera screen protector away , then wouldn’t give it back to me after they didn’t have the product to replace it with. He didn’t know what trash he put it in 5 minutes prior. Now I have nothing protecting my expensive camera lens. He told me it wouldn’t help anymore anyway, Even though it had already helped a few times. I don’t care what trash you throw it in I’m the customer I paid for that. These phones aren’t cheap. If I want it back you give it back for me. Horrible customer service!!!

If I could give no stars, I would. I just had a horrible experience at Verizon in Eagan and terrible customer service. I made an appointment to upgrade my phone and wanted to check because a promotion was not being applied to my account that I had made two months ago. I was told they could not help me in store and I would have to call customer service. I sat in the store and called customer service. If I hadn't stayed in the store, I would have wasted more time trying to call on my own because I did not have the "code" that the Eagan Verizon representatives eventually provided the phone representative in order to get the promotion applied. My appointment was at 2:00 pm. After taking with store representatives for a half an hour, then 1.5 hours on the phone with Verizon while in the store I asked if they could help me with the upgrade I had come into the store to make. The manager then told me I would have to wait because she was assigning the person I had been working with to another customer who had an appointment at 4:00 pm. At this point, I gave up and left.10/4/23 - I received an update on this post about an hour ago stating they would be escalating my review and having the appropriate team look into this and see how they can make it up to me. This is very interesting because when I got off the phone with the representative on Sunday they provided me a case number 814526 and stated I would receive a credit for the two months I had already been charged and correct my account within 24-48 hours to show that the phone was free. I received the credit but my account has never been corrected. Today I called and was on the phone for another hour only to be told the change would never be made because the promotion never applied to the plan I am on. Therefore I have been misinformed 3 times now by Verizon as this is still not resolved. First they told me I did not have coverage for a trip I was taking. After the trip, I decided to go to the store to update my plan to make sure I would have coverage for future trips. When I got to the store, I did in fact have coverage while on my trip (I did not use my phone while on the trip due to this misinformation). While in the store, I upgraded to a new plan because they told me I would have better coverage. Secondly, while I was there I was told two of the lines on my plan were eligible for a free phone because of a loyalty discount. I would not have updated to a new phone had it not been free. Third, they told me the issue would be resolved within 48 hours. I called again today (over 48 hours later) and was told the promotion did not apply to my plan. Three separate incidents where the information provided was inaccurate. For my time they have given me the two months worth of charges that were inaccurately applied to my account in the first place amounting to $33.32 plus .68 cents for an inconvenience fee. My account is still inaccurate and showing I owe 34 more payments on a "free" phone. I am not awaiting another "call back" from someone who is trying again to resolve the issue.Moral of the story - do not believe anything you are told from Verizon. Ask for everything in writing and do not dispose of the paperwork you receive because what is stated one day will change.

Horrible customer service. They told me I was eligible for a promotion but it was not getting applied to my account. I made an appointment to discuss this and upgrade another line and when I got to the store they told me I had to call an 800 number to get help with the promotion that had not been applied. I stayed in the store and made the call which took 1.5 hours and I would not have been able to get the promotion applied without a code that the Eagan representative had to provide the person online. After being in the store for 2 hours and finally resolving this I asked if I could get some help with the phone upgrade and the manager told me she was assigning the person who had been working with me to a customer who had an appointment at 4 (my appointment was at 2) and that I would have to wait until they were finished.

Just okay. Had to wait for at least 30 mins for a rep to attend our query. Didn't have the best time at the shop as well. No good offers, all were kind of very over priced, just named it as deals.

Great customer service from Adam and team. They were able to quickly determine the issue with my phone and help me get a replacement.

We went in there to get an easier phone for my 80 year old grandfather and also try to upgrade some existing lines. The lady "helping" us was very short with us, gave my grandpa his flip phone, idnt open it, didn't activate it for him and told him it would $30 to set it up for him...I had to do her job for her and get it set up. She then ignored the rest of us and left to go help another family that had come in, I am guessing they were new customers, and we were forced to leave with no upgrades. I used to work at Sprint and I would never in a million years treat anyone as poorly as she treated us. If she got commission then she got it off of the work that I did for her.

Emily was a rock star! She helped me get my Sim card figured out and was able to transfer information from my broken phone. She was not going to let me leave the store without solving the issues. I highly recommend seeing out Emily, I know I will. Thank you again Dr. Phone fixer, Emily.

Unable to help with lower my ever rising bill. Despite multiple emails and tv commercials about lower plans...talking with the rep if u were to update (while. Keeping ky dame phone) my plan would go up another $10.Currently paying o er $150 for 1 smart phone, 1 flip phone, and internet cube.

It is impressive how inept Verizon as a company is from top to bottom. The in store people just call a hotline, the hotline can’t figure anything out. As a new customer I’m left with only regret. Go with anyone else. Cup and string would be a better experience.

Employee made eye contact with me and then ignore me for 5 minutes as I was the only customer in at 10:05 am. They were confused how I got in at that time, but published hours state 10am open time.They wanted to charge me more money to connect my phone to their network so that i could walk out with a walking phone, ontop of their 35$ upgrade fee.
