Always slow, if you need a banker expect to wait a long time to get anything done. Not convenient at all. Planning on moving to another bank that puts customers at least even with profits.

Painfully slow, always just one person working the drive through. Only one person working the teller window. Instead of spending money on a fancy remodel why don’t you hire some actual workers.

This bank is ridiculous, long lines, terrible customer service over the phone. No one wants to work anymore! They need more tellers! If we weren’t tied to WF we’d leave!
