“I recently received a text alert from the bank notifying me of suspected unauthorized charges on my account. I confirmed via text that the charges were not mine, and my account was immediately frozen until I could come into the bank to receive a new card.
When I walked through the doors, I was pleasantly surprised to run into my favorite banker, Pragyan Patnaik. I hadn’t seen her in months since I typically handle most of my banking online. As always, she greeted me with the biggest smile and, incredibly, remembered every personal detail about me from our previous conversations.
The last time I was in the bank, she went above and beyond to help me — and this visit was no different. She was so warm and welcoming that I even asked her if I could give her a hug. While she efficiently handled my account concerns, we chatted, and I was truly blown away that she remembered everything we had talked about before and showed such genuine concern for my well-being.
Pragyan is truly an amazing, caring, and kind soul. It is always such a joy to see her when I visit the bank. She makes what could be a stressful situation feel completely manageable and personal.”

He was super awesome to work with and was able to determine that we received a scanner that had extra encryption that our banking software could not recognize. He sent me the correct scanner and took the incorrect one back, no charge. I was very impressed with his follow thru and invaluable customer service.”

“December 11th I purchased a vehicle financing through City and County Credit union. The dealership was about 45 minutes from where I live and the EAGAN branch was the closest to the dealership. I had to go to that branch to pick up the check for the dealership. I was not familiar with the process. JASMINE was the teller that assisted me at the branch. She posses extraordinary people skills!! She was attentive and helpful. She did not have much experience with this type of transaction either but did not display any lack of knowledge . Her attitude was I WILL FIGURE THIS OUT FOR YOU...AND SHE CAME THOUGH!!!!...I was there for about an hour to complete the transaction and I watched her assist other customers with the same smile and professionalism. I did not get her last initial but she is early to mid 20's KUDOS to JASMINE . A great asset to CCU!!!!!”

“To make an extremely long story short, when I moved to Rochester, MN, I needed a bank. Since I was working at Big Blue, it made sense to open an account with IBM Credit Union. So, I did. Over the years, IBM Credit Union changed names. It is now Think Bank. I still have my bank accounts with Think Bank. The transition was seamless. My home branch is still in Rochester. Last month, when I was in town, I needed to withdraw some money from my account. I was staying in Eagan, so it made sense to visit this branch. It's next door to the CVS where I used to do my rapid COVID-19 tests at the drive-thru before I flew home when it was mandatory that you were COVID-free. I didn't go inside the branch. I simply needed an ATM, so I hit the drive-thru. With all Think Bank branches, the first few lanes from the left are with for folks who require a teller to help with their transactions. If you need the ATM, it's typically in the far right lane. It was the case here. I pulled up to the machine, inserted my bank card, and proceeded to use the ATM to withdraw money. It was straightforward and easy. The downside was that if you wanted to make a cash deposit, you couldn't. There weren't any envelopes unless you had a spare one in your car. This ATM wasn't as advanced as some here in Canada where it takes cash as a deposit without an envelope. It wasn't all that busy at the branch. I was the only one at the drive-thru. There weren't a ton of cars parked in front of the branch. It was nice visiting this branch. I had a good ATM experience. I have visited most branches in the Twin Cities. The one in Apple Valley still needs a visit. I may have a new goal now to visit all locations. There are a few in Rochester that I've never visited, either. (360)”

“Listen i had a splendid time visiting this branch. I came in for an auto re-finance and I promise i left grinning from ear to ear because of how happy i was with both the rates and the service. I worked with Gaby and she was so sweet, so attentive, knowledgeable and answered all my questions beautifully. She also helped my sister with getting her credit card as well and that process went so smoothly. When i tell you I had one of the best experience with the process than i have ever had, i mean it. This is the branch to visit and i definitely will be staying with Affinity for lifers! Thank you for your help!”

“I forgot her name but it’s a really pretty name and she was amazing. Tattoo behind her ear or maybe it was on her neck. She helped me figure out a card issue without me even having to ask. Wish I could remember her name! Love this branch”

“My wife and I have a joint savings account with this location of U.S. Bank which is handy for cashing checks. Employees have been great for the most part. The drive thru is another issue that seems odd. Only one line is open at times which is the commercial lane, and not sure why the other lanes are closed? I remember only one time they had two lanes opened.”

“My Mom uses this branch for her banking needs, and has done so for over 20 years. From my experience with this bank found it to be a mixed bag on performance. This branch is short staffed and long lines do happen in the lobby. Most employees me and my Mom have dealt with thus far have been professional and courteous. My Mom is hearing impaired is why I help her with her transactions.

My Mom has a safe deposit box there as well. I have access to it and found the procedure to access it easy without issues. One time my Mom cashed in about $13,000 in Series E Treasury bonds that she and my late father saved during their military careers, and the bank manager did the procedure herself being the older bonds needed a special machine to process them. She (bank manager) was very helpful and professional about it all as it did take about an hour to process all the bonds.

The only thing I ding this branch on is it's drive thru as only a few lanes are open at any given time which causes unnecessary long lines in my opinion. Otherwise, I would say my experience with this branch has been okay at best.”
