Saturday 4/4: Stellar Customer Service from Gabriel! He was very polite, asked me if there was any way they could assist with my account. He thanked me for my 34 years as a customer. He was efficient! And thanked me again. I was in/out in 7 minutes! Very professional! Thank you!

Always slow, if you need a banker expect to wait a long time to get anything done. Not convenient at all. Planning on moving to another bank that puts customers at least even with profits.
