“I was scheduled to have steer tires put on my dump truck on Monday but they were able to get me in on a rainy Friday the week before. Great service, super clean and nice location. The tech was a pro! All the things. Will definitely be back when it's time for more tires and service.”
“These guys rock! Mike and his crew got me in super quick and we’re super friendly! Will 10000% will return ! Thanks guys!! These guys saved my butt way too many times. I love them for their service.”
“Les Schwab in Richfield has restored my faith in humanity! On this cold, snowy night, I realized my tire was extremely low (nearing flat) and I called to ask when they closed. The response was “we’ll stay open as late as you need us to - get here safely.”
Upon arrival, they quickly removed a nail, patched the hole, and sent me (and my young kids) on my way without any charge. In a world of nonstop darkness, this felt like a Christmas miracle.
I highly recommend this business based on this experience tonight.”
“After my visit to Discount Tire on Lyndale Ave in Bloomington today I wanted to take a few minutes to write an honest review.
I have been going to Discount Tire for over 15 years, I first discovered them when I lived on the west coast and was happy to find they also had stores in Minnesota. In my experience Discount Tire has competitive prices, knowledgeable employees, and courteous staff.
My most recent to Discount Tire was no different, staff was polite, prices are good, and everyone was polite and knowledgeable. However, one employee stood out about the rest.....Caleb was really just a great manager (if he isn’t managing a store he should be). Caleb took ownership of consumer concerns, interacted with good listening skills, and seemed genuinely happy to be at work. His enthusiasm and hard were were top notch. He went from customer to customer with a smile.
This location is great and Caleb is top notch. I HIGHLY recommend the Bloomington Discount Tire on 84th and Lyndale and would give six stars if I could.”
“I had a great experience at Discount Tire. Chris was very professional, knowledgeable, and made sure I was taken care of in a timely manner. He understood the issue with my tires right away and knew exactly how to figure it out, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Chenko also did a great job helping out and made the experience even better. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. I’d say I can’t wait to see you again, but then I’d be wishing for more tire issues — and I definitely don’t want that! Keep up the amazing work!”
“Dustin runs a tight ship at the Apple Valley location. I stopped in late Saturday at 4pm to order tires and get an appointment for the following week. Not only were the tires I wanted in stock - they were able to install them right away. I didn't expect that coming in so close to closing time. Thanks!”
“A+ quality, service, and price. Their bid came in 50% lower than their competitors and the quality was amazing - you truly would not even be able to guess I had dents in the roof of my car. If you’re looking for a place to get a dent repaired, this is the place to go!!Service: Auto detailing”
“Excellent service from start to finish! The team was quick, communicated clearly throughout the process, and was very thoughtful. The female manager (I wish I remembered her name) was especially outstanding. She took the time to recommend what I actually needed instead of trying to sell me something I didn’t. That honesty and professionalism really stood out compared to other tire stores. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend them!”

“Absolute professionalism as always from Discount Tire. I have been purchasing tires from DIscount for over 20 years and will continue to do so. You can make your appointment online, you come in and they great you as soon as you walk in. The wait is expected for the service being provided. I make sure all my family uses discount as well for their vehicles.”
