“TOP TIER GAS protects your engine. Best price on 92 octane premium fuel. More pumps = faster to fuel vs. Woodbury Costco. No windshield washing equipment keeps the price down and the lines moving.”

“I love how much selection they have. The quality of things seems really good here, and the prices are good, as buying in bulk is really good. THE HOT DOG IS THE BEST DEAL THOUGHHHH”

“Cheap gas!! They really need to paint arrows to tell you to turn RIGHT after filling. EVERY TIME I turn left because I see the curb and think I can’t turn left and I end up going the wrong way.”

“This review is specifically for C-Los who saw us in store (we wear glasses) and let us know that Costco has some of the best prices for glasses. Can’t wait to order new specs from this location!”

“We love Costco! Great prices and value on most things, but beware that not EVERYTHING is lowest cost here. For strawberries here today, we found much lower prices at Hy-Vee. Blueberries were also lower cost at both Sam's and Hy-Vee. We shopped on very busy Saturday Christmas Eve Eve (per an old Friends episode, it's 2 days before Christmas). To our surprise, we were able to get what we needed within 15 minutes. They had many employees staffed and the store was operating so efficiently. When we compare Costco vs Sam's, they are so similar to each other, so if we're getting large quantities of things, I use both of their apps to compare prices before buying. At Costco, I prefer the prepared foods and their milk jugs more than Sam's. But I like Sam's baked goods and rotisserie chicken more than Costco. Like all warehouse bulk places, prices are usually lower but selection is hit or miss. I hate buying gas at this Costco because the lines are always too long for me and I hate waiting. I wish they would advertise their gas prices when you enter, so it's not a surprise after you've already waited in a long line.”

“I typically don’t prioritize sending feedback about my shopping experiences, but in this case, I want to recognize a staff person who truly made a difference and helped impact a milestone 60th birthday celebration for my husband. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name, but she’s a cake designer who worked on both Saturday and Sunday, October 6–7, 2025. She was wearing an orthopedic boot, which should make it easy to identify her. Planning the surprise party brought plenty of last-minute anxiety, especially finding the perfect cake. I had spent hours searching for just the right image and settled on a photo from a Dead concert at the Sphere, with John Mayer’s hand playing guitar a focal point that was surrounding by vivid, psychedelic mix of colors. After a few unsuccessful attempts to place this kind of order online (apparently only available as a walk in), I came into the store near the 2pm deadline for next day service. This staff member immediately understood what I was aiming for and used her cake designer’s “eye” to bring it to life. She suggested splitting the image in half using the baker technology to achieve full image coverage on the cake, offered creative guidance on messaging based on other things I had, and helped finalize a matching set of cupcakes (and quantities) with gray and red icing to coordinate with our cookies. Her patience, creativity, and understanding turned what had been a stressful situation into a truly joyful one. The guests loved the cake and cupcakes—there wasn’t a crumb left (some guests had two or three pieces!). What she did was her job, but the patience, understanding, extra creativity, and genuine care were all the customer service ‘wows’ that made the difference – a difference worth letting you know about! Please do let her know that her small acts of kindness and assistance definitely eased my anxiety to help make my hubby’s surprise party a huge success. Having people like this at Sam’s is the kind of experience that forms brand or store loyalty. It’s Sam’s Bakery forever for us!!! With heartfelt thanks, Shamiere B.”

“Sam's club pharmacy is by far the best in Eagan. It is extremely well managed and has excellent customer service. What takes days at other pharmacies typically takes 2 or 3 hours at Sam's Club Eagan Pharmacy.”

“I called to confirm they had the tires I needed in stock and they did check, and got me a spot to get them installed that day. Quick and Easy. Tough to beat if they have your tires in stock.”

Read the postWhen it comes to buying appliances, people who prioritize price over other factors end up less satisfied in the long run. That's what the J.D.
