It is not common for me to write reviews or make recommendations, but I am compelled to do so for Neil's Service Center. I recently experienced car troubles and despite being told by another mechanic that my vehicle was roadworthy, it soon became apparent that this was not the case. I contacted Neil's Service Center and provided them with a maximum amount I was willing to spend to fix the issue. I was pleasantly surprised when they repaired my truck for a significantly lower cost, without sacrificing customer service. In fact, I found their customer service to be exceptional. Thank you, Neil's Service Center, for your 6-star service.

Great service! I always wait for my vehicle. Bathroom available, ask! The waiting room is cozy with magazines available to read or bring a book. Waited about an hour, then on my way.
