“While I didn’t have my car inspected or repaired by Journey, my experience with them was great. I stopped my car (VW GTI MK6) there overnight due to significant complications with the DSG transmission. In the morning they called me and helped me decide how to move forward, which was with a specialty shop regardless of their ability to inspect and repair drivetrains and transmissions. Initially they gave me the option of inspection, but then informed me that the cost could be significant due to the special tools and parts required for them to inspect and/or repair a European car.
