“These guys are marvelous and provided such excellent service for me and my ‘Dali’
Additionally they came and picked me up due to a lack of transportation
Good value for the cost of repairs….thank you”
“(EDIT) AFTER THIS REVIEW THEY REACHED OUT AND FIXED THIS MISTAKE FREE OF CHAGRE! Miscommunication while ordering tires on the phone wanted all four tires to be one size bigger than stock got my tires back two of them were factory size 2 of them were the size I ordered was told there was nothing they could do about it. That is what I ordered. Customer service not willing to let me return the two tires and get two to match unless I pay for two brand new tires, try to help out small business rather than going to corporate ran tire shop. I have had good luck in the past at PTL but this terrible example of customer service has convinced me to spend my money elsewhere.”

“Received a fair estimate for repair. Completed in 1 day at the estimated cost. No games just good honest shop that gets things done correctly. Highly recommend especially as a business owner with a fleet of vehicles.”
