Process was very easy. Got offer with online tool. Car was in Cambridge. I am in Andover. Simply arranged tow through phone. Put title and keys in glove box. Text on day of pick up to confirm that they had towed it. They had. Check is in the mail. Made a stressful time way less stressful as I had hit deer and car was inoperable.
