***EDIT*** Ill attach my receipt as I noticed that although the pricing wasn’t bad, there’s fees such as they charge for the 30-day warranty, charge for individual light bulbs in a tail light, and also charge an environmental fee. These weren’t stated anywhere beforehand that I saw so I changed to a 3-star from a 5-star because that’s on top of the entry fee for the yard. I’m not sure if the warranty is something I could’ve declined at all to save an additional $5 almost. I also have bulbs at home so if I really wanted I could’ve removed the bulbs and left them behind to save another $1.47 for 3 bulbs and 30¢ more for the warranty on those as well. I could’ve saved an extra $6.63 in warranties, parts, and taxes if I knew that plus the $1.41 for the enviro fee. The $8 isn’t much for me, but I know for other people sometimes they desperately need that $8 so I just want to make sure buyers are made aware of what’s added at checkout to parts pricing as I didn’t see anything initially stating that ahead of time anywhere. Without extra fees/warranties/taxes on the warranty I could’ve saved almost $10 and paid $23.66 for just a bare taillight plus local tax instead of $31.70. Not the end of the world to me, but BUYERS BEWARE! Especially if you’re buying multiple parts or more expensive ones since the warranty appears to be a whopping TWENTY PERCENT (20%) of the initial part’s price!!!! Unfortunately this matches their online price of $26.51 for a taillight lens to cover themselves from lawsuits but they don’t tell you it’s because that includes a whopping 20% warranty charge on something and again it isn’t specified if you can decline the warranty or not. Not to mention I personally wouldn’t have needed the warranty for this because I know it’s a direct fit and it’s only a lens so I can see if it’s broken/cracked anywhere or not pretty easily before buying it.For the yard: They do have wheel barrows available for use to carry large/heavy items. The yard is organized as they can tell you exactly what row a given vehicle is in (although they are not organized by brand necessarily but if you know what vehicles you’re looking for they can tell you the rows to go to, even if it’s multiple different types vehicles). They then print off a slip of paper that gives you the row, year, make, model, and color of any vehicle you’re looking for so it’s very easy to find as the rows are labeled. The staff in the office at the counters are very helpful and friendly of the few ladies I spoke to.The prices were reasonable for the specifics I was looking for including ones I asked about but did not purchase today yet (Again see my edit, I’m talking the pricing before fees/warranties!). It took me all of 45 seconds to walk through the door, find the row I needed, and maybe 30 seconds to remove the tail light I was looking for which was great. Some of the parts also have a 30-day return period (See my edit above on this though). It’s an hour drive for me to get here but the junk yards by me no longer let people in the yard after changing owners and decreased their inventory significantly as they focus more on scrap than they do with parts. The one yard by me that does allow patrons in the yard didn’t have what I needed today despite having 4 of the vehicle I was looking at a taillight for (‘04-‘09 dodge Durangos).I would return here though Whoever is in charge of the yard operations here seems to have it down pretty well for the physical setup of the yard. All the vehicles are on dirt so there’s no weeds to trudge through, they’re spaced accordingly so you can get between/around them, and all of them are up in the air supported by junk rims allowing you to *carefully* access underneath a vehicle if need be (not the most stable for some but if you bring jack-stands or something to stabilize it I’d imagine you’d be reasonably safe under any of them that can support their own weight).Overall I would come back if I need to but will be more mindful knowing what I know now.

This place is amazing. The prices are perfect and her staff is a friendly feel very welcome you walking at the end of your pulling they have a drink made by monster energy and it’s with the strawberry. It is hands-down the perfect ending to a perfect Pull. They also have how to videos on their website made by customers I highly recommend everybody at least give this place a shot one time it’s only a two dollar cover, which is excellent considering all the great prices you get on car parts. If you join their free loyalty program you random text messages with discounts at various times throughout the year. Check it out. If you don’t like it don’t go back if you do, it’ll be your new favorite hobby.

I go to this yard often and am always impressed with every aspect. The office is always nice and clean, all the employees actually seem glad to be there, and always go out of their way to help you. The yard is conveniently organized and full of interesting and unexpected cars! Jesse and other management do an amazing job of maintaining a welcoming environment for customers. I love that you can always see what vehicles are in the yard (and view part prices) on their website. This place is on another level when compared to "traditional" yards! And the prices are so cheap I almost feel guilty shopping there. ALMOST.

This was the first time I've sold a vehicle to a "junkyard" so to speak and they made the process SUPER easy for the customer. They came and picked up the car from my home I just had to leave the keys/title in the car. Then they text me later in the day to let me know I could come get my money out of an ATM machine that I just had to punch in a code to get the money with zero fees!!!!! Love this. Will recommend to anyone looking to get rid of an old car!!!! Thank you!!!!

Very helpful and compassionate staff members with a lot of respect and kindness. Willing to work with you and be friendly at all times I would really recommend going here if you need car parts. Also the taco truck in the parking lot is quite nice and delicious and I would highly recommend a steak taco while you pull a front drive axle.

well the only incentive that you had to go to a place named "upullrparts" was the break in the price. The only trade off is just that, you gotyta do some of the work for said parts. Not anymore, plus if you have sold a car to them and know the rock bottom peanuts they give you for your car then why on earth would you even consider going here? Maybe you have no choice bc your car is a rare one and thats the only place that has your parts, maybe. You wont know untill you go there and physically look so you could be wasting your time and money anyways. The prices are on par with every junk yard in the metro area, in fact they may be more expensive. Nope, im good, i'll go to anywhere else and call ahead and when i get there the part is usually ready and waiting for you. No trudging thru the yard with your tools and pulling the shit yourself, they have it pulled. If they don't have the part you need then they will tell you, no need to go there with all your shit and take a gamble on your part being there. All you know is there may be 2 or 3 potential cars in the yard you wont know what all is there until you get there. And they wan't to charge me a premium for me to go there and do the work and blah blah blah for something they got damn near for nothing. Yes i get it, it a business. Obviously, its a greedily run business that treat you as an automatic thief but a business none the less. If you want to do work and pay them then this is the spot, for me, nah, i give them the finger and go anywhere else because i don't like to pay someone to do work but thats just me.

Most terrible customer service, I pulled brake switch that's online price $13.95 OEM incl. free delivery through Ebay with 1 year warranty.I visited U Gamble on junk parts, most of stuff I could not find and inventory was not accurate, I could not move around my wheel barrel with tools due to junk on ground, gamble junk yard charges environmental fee for cleanup but they don't,I pulled few parts and was not able to see prices online, I showed rude young dude that its brake switch not an airbag sensor but he was pricing me for sensor also he was charging me $4+tax+environmental fee for cutout harness that I did not need, I asked you can take off harness its junk, he tossed whole part in junk and did not sell for switch price. very frustrating, PLEASE BUY ONLINE PARTS FROM ROCKAUTO OR EBAY OR DEALERSHIP, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND GAS ON GAMBLE JUNKYARD BECAUSE YOU WON'T FIND YOUR PARTS HERE AND LOSE OF GAS + $2 ENTRY FEE FOR LOOKING JUNK AROUND.AWFUL, AWFUL AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, WILL SHARE THIS EXPERIENCE WITH ALL FRIENDS AND FAMILYOVER PRICE JUNK ITEMS!!!!

As someone who isn’t in to cars at all, I found this place quite fascinating to visit. There are rows and rows of decrepit and crashed vehicles. They also offer good prices for the parts, and it can save a lot of money if you know how to find and extract the part yourself.

I've been shopping at Upull for years now. Prices where always decent, and inventory was good. Been to many of the pull-a-thons, at both locations. I've now gotten older, and further away from getting used parts anymore, so I don't go as much as I used too. Sadly, the way they have the "Newer" prices set up is kinda a joke. They charge you for any accessories that are attached to said item, ex: I bought a steering wheel with the stereo controls on it. I was charged for steering wheel, $24 . I was then charged for BOTH controls on the wheel, which ran at $12 a piece. I'm now invested $48 into a wheel, that I thought I was getting for $24. Did this with a topper also. They charged for the back glass, and the 2 struts. The little stuff needs to be included on said item you buy. If this means upping the pricing on stuff to reflect this, I would rather have that. This way you aren't surprised at the register when the bill is double, or triple what you thought it was gonna be. They also are tagging on fees on all the items as well, around 2-4 dollars per item, so be aware of this.I still like the place, and pricing is still reasonable for some items.I just wish they would updated pricing so you aren't walking in blind on the price at the end of the experience.

Prices have gotten crazy here. Pulled a transmission here and after all the fees and warranties I could have bought one cheaper at a yard that already had one pulled. They literally charged me for bolts that held the transmission together. Don’t waste your time

Site has no straight up search option, and the one it provides is the lightest gray on white ive ever seen. Making it near impossible to use. They dont answer their phones either. Not very customer oriented with this many roadblocks in between me and giving them money for a tire. Would not recommend.6/20 Edit in response to owners response: clearly this is a boiler plate, blanket response as if you would have even read my comment you would have understood that the functionality of your website is bad. Like really bad. Light gray text on a light gray form and white background is a recipe for disaster. It makes it so people with any level of vision impairment can not use your site. You insist on putting road blocks between your customers and their money. That's on you. That is also what people would call a stupid business decision. Doubling down and implying that I'm not a "real do it myself-er" makes it even worse. Your a terrible business owner. And like it matters what I say. The fact your not making triple what you do, says it all.

Used to be good. New ownership, they rack up charges and fee's. If you buy a door they charge extra for every little thing on the door cost as much or more than other yards that already have parts pulled.

I went there the other day to get an intake manifold. The prices were amazing, but the part didn't fit and seemed to be designed for another engine. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt; it was only $30.

this yard is ridiculous you can't reach a live person for any information on a vehicle you're looking to get parts from. you get told there's pictures online, yet there's only 1 view and nothing else... i live over an hour and a half away and they seem to care less if you waste your time and gas to find out the vehicle was in a collision and the part you are looking for was involved. what kind of customer service is this???
