“Every time I've stayed here, the rooms have been clean and the management has conducted themselves professionally. The location is perfect as you are in the heart of downtown Grand Forks with bike / walking trails one minute away. Reasonably priced for the location.”
“Im living here at east grand inn it’s 420 a week which is a fair price it has very friendly staff the housekeeper does a very fantastic job to keep the rooms clean people slams their stupid doors so it is not quiet the slam it to where it keeps awake at night also shakes the tv and the walls they do have a very tiny breakfast I never have it as how tiny it is there is knats in the room but that’s typical with summer bugs come in from the outside very nice rooms terrible internet but that’s typical could be because the main box is at the office and I’m at end of the hotel overall it’s not a bad motel I definitely recommend giving it a try”

“The building was amazing, the rooms were great, the breakfast was perfect for my children in the morning so we arent rushing to find somewhere to eat. Value wise this place is a perfect 5/5 but, there is apparently a sugar beet processing plant and the entire area smells like poop. Literal dog poop stench immediately when we arrived and the entire time we stayed there. We couldn't smell it in the rooms but the halls for sure and immediately outside the door, just in yoyr face poop.”
