Plaza Motel is a good place to lay your head with clean and quiet rooms. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of hot water. Its location is excellent, super awesome, and within walking distance from downtown, restaurants, and a movie theater. The décor is a little dated. Experiences with the staff vary, with some finding service great and the manager super-nice, while others find the person in charge a bit much. The price is great and it has a No Pets policy. Many would stay again.
Every time I've stayed here, the rooms have been clean and the management has conducted themselves professionally. The location is perfect as you are in the heart of downtown Grand Forks with bike / walking trails one minute away. Reasonably priced for the location.

Good place to lay your head. It was clean. However, the lady in charge is a bit much to deal with. Good place if ya have no choice. But lock your doors.

Very nice place for the cost. Location is great for walking to many places to eat, drink, and shop. Owner is very nice.
