“I had a great experience here exchanging a few low $ bills for quarter rolls. Honestly I was rather surprised to see the low review for this location as the customer service, in my experience, was honestly phenomenal and I left thinking I'd consider Chase as my bank when I do eventually have to adjust life-things. The bank I'm with doesn't have locations around here so I popped in and the red hair'd tall guy banker (office to the left after entrance) really made me feel welcome (tho I'm not a Chase customer) and took care of the entire process. During so, a few other employees who weren't present when I had entered had appeared, whom I exchanged friendly greetings with, and overall it was a wonderful experience with the bank.”

“Cristian and Anyely waved a fee for cashing a small check at Bank of America. I'm not a Bank of America customer and they shared a lot of useful information with me and waived the fee. In the future I will know how to avoid the fee and features that a Bank of America account will provide. Thanks Bank of America Eden Prairie!!”
