“The staff at this bank are always so kind and patient! My other bank royally messed up my wire transfer when I was trying to buy a house. I was absolutely freaking out. I ran to Huntington five minutes before closing, and Siva helped calm me down and made a plan with me for how to fix it. I then came in two days later to make the transfer, and Dan and Joseph were so helpful and professional. Siva even stopped by to make sure everything was going ok.”
“I have been with this US Bank for a several years and it was definitely a consistent 2star experience always a long wait followed by much incompetence however, in the recent few years they have upgraded management - Lisa Fink is the new manager and she is such a can do service oriented person with such positive energy, you can walk in and see that that energy has become contagious throughout to the staff.
my mother recently passed away and everyone was so helpful in the legal processes and the sensitivity of the situation .
