Honestly I was rather surprised to see the low review for this location as the customer service, in my experience, was honestly phenomenal and I left thinking I'd consider Chase as my bank when I do eventually have to adjust life-things. The bank I'm with doesn't have locations around here so I popped in and the red hair'd tall guy banker (office to the left after entrance) really made me feel welcome (tho I'm not a Chase customer) and took care of the entire process. “The staff at this bank are always so kind and patient! My other bank royally messed up my wire transfer when I was trying to buy a house. I was absolutely freaking out. I ran to Huntington five minutes before closing, and Siva helped calm me down and made a plan with me for how to fix it. I then came in two days later to make the transfer, and Dan and Joseph were so helpful and professional. Siva even stopped by to make sure everything was going ok.”
