They also arranged for a rental car that was available when I dropped my car off. They updated me via text each day on their progress. My car was ready a day earlier than was estimated. “First-time buying a new car. Sales agent Zach was very helpful in finding a car that fit my needs at the right price and financing package. Unfortunately, the wait time to complete the financing was very long and I hadn't eaten at all that day before I arrived. By the time I got in the financing office, I was so hungry and thirsty I couldn't think straight. I got into the financing office, it was presented in such a way that it seemed like the deal I worked out with Zack wasn't an option and I had to accept a bunch of services I didn't want or need. By the time I got home and ate I was beside myself. Fortunately, the manager, Kurt was willing to work with me to correct the mistakes made while I was crazy from hunger and exhaustion. Ultimately I am very happy with my new car and its price.”

“I normally go to another dealership for service but when my Explorer broke down by Eden Prairie I called metro ford. they got me in the very next day once I got it towed and my husband was blown away he said they gave him the red carpet treatment even though we did not buy it there nor was a regular customer!!! he says if they treat strangers this well he can only imagine what their long time customers get. they fixed it same day - done right 1st time. reasonable bill. this is the place to go if you have ford that needs care on west side of town.”
