“I cannot say enough good things about Caliber Collision. I had to head to Europe and was stressed trying to sort out insurance, but they made it completely hassle-free. They let me leave my car at their facility for free before I left, coordinated directly with the insurance adjuster, and even got the work done ahead of schedule. On top of that, they buffed out a scratch that wasn’t even part of the insurance claim at no extra charge. Alexis at the front desk and JP, my service advisor, both did a phenomenal job coordinating and communicating with me while I was away. True professionals!”

An unrelated issue popped up afterward, and Drew looked at it right away. He helped me verify it wasn't connected to the original repair, and thanks to his diagnostics, I was able to fix the issue myself. I was charged not only fairly, but a whole lot less than another shop across town that I live by had quoted me (shop starts with an E, located in a city abbreviated as NB). I will continue to drive across town to Orr and can't say enough good things about them.”

“I just had John repair the sunroof on my 2012 Ford F350. He did a great job and was done in one day. Did it out of MSP by the airport. If you look into this for this truck, it is extremely expensive to repair by the dealership and they won't replace the plastic tracks, but the whole assembly that alone is $1000. All the parts are available from the aftermarket and instead of cheap plastic like Ford uses, they use a composite track that will last longer. The hardest part is taking down the whole headliner and removing it to take the whole sunroof assembly off to repair it on a table. Took 4 hours to repair and he offers a 1 year warranty. Highly recommend.”
“I had my check engine light come on and stopped at the Eden Prairie Nissan dealership where I was approached by a very nice gentleman ( could not remember his name ) but he walked me to the parts department where he then was able to grab another person to assist. Dan came out and was so pleasant and very helpful. He is the parts manager and was extremely busy multi tasking with other associate questions but maintained a professional attitude and eagerness to assist and find out what was wrong with my vehicle. “I normally go to another dealership for service but when my Explorer broke down by Eden Prairie I called metro ford. they got me in the very next day once I got it towed and my husband was blown away he said they gave him the red carpet treatment even though we did not buy it there nor was a regular customer!!! he says if they treat strangers this well he can only imagine what their long time customers get. they fixed it same day - done right 1st time. reasonable bill. this is the place to go if you have ford that needs care on west side of town.”

“I had an amazing experience at Jiffy Lube thanks to Bennie, CJ, and Dave. They were incredibly kind, professional, and took the time to walk me through everything they found during my inspection. When it came to my brakes, they didn’t just tell me they needed attention, they actually showed me what the rotor looked like when it was removed and explained why the repairs were necessary, and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed or pressured.
I really appreciated how honest and transparent they were throughout the entire process. It’s not always easy to find a shop that makes you feel comfortable and informed, but these three went above and beyond. Their customer service was outstanding, and it was clear they genuinely cared about making sure my car was safe.
