“Polite, professional, knowledgeable, and kind! These words come to mind as I think of our experience at Terry’s. At 3:30 on a Thursday, we were 20 miles from home and hearing strange noises, so had pulled off the highway and noticed some fluid under the front bumper, too. We needed reassurance or warning about continuing our trek. Terry assessed the situation and willingly cut off the cracked exterior piece of front fender that was flapping and rubbing against the wheel. Then he looked under the hood and discovered transmission fluid hose is slightly leaking but we had enough fluid still in the tank to safely get home. We were relieved and very thankful to find an honest mechanic at the last minute in our time of need!!!!!!”

“First-time buying a new car. Sales agent Zach was very helpful in finding a car that fit my needs at the right price and financing package. Unfortunately, the wait time to complete the financing was very long and I hadn't eaten at all that day before I arrived. By the time I got in the financing office, I was so hungry and thirsty I couldn't think straight. I got into the financing office, it was presented in such a way that it seemed like the deal I worked out with Zack wasn't an option and I had to accept a bunch of services I didn't want or need. By the time I got home and ate I was beside myself. Fortunately, the manager, Kurt was willing to work with me to correct the mistakes made while I was crazy from hunger and exhaustion.
