I used to like going to this Fedex location and I've been helped by a number of very friendly and helpful employees here, but lately I've had the misfortune of being helped by Suzanne each time I go in. Not coming back because of her. Treats you like you are completely incompetent. Each time I've had to deal with her she is right off the bat rude, talks over me, and I have to explain my shipping needs over again multiple times because she doesn't take the time to actually let me fully explain what I need. Do not waste your time with Suzanne, just wait for a different employee to be free.

This location offers self-service but the sign and directions are rather not that prominent or clearly stated. It took me awhile waiting in a regular queue only to realize there is a self-service counter.

The manager at this location is great. He is respectful, and he consistently offers good customer service. However, Tan is not. Today he started his customer experience with me by saying "we close in 9 minutes." On other visits to this location, Tan has asked me to come back later because they are busy. His entire vibe is that he doesn't want to be there. He comes off as arrogant and rude. I understand that it may be difficult to find people to work. I'm not looking for stellar customer service, just a little kindness.

I've been to this location a couple of times, and Suzanne's been the most polite and welcoming staff I've met. Suzanne was very helpful. The cost of shipping was higher than expected, but I'd still return to this location for my shipping needs.

Had a very good experience today with one of the reps! Was very helpful and fast! Made the process very easy! The location itself is super clean and feels more professional than a standard Walmart location.

I contacted the FedEx location on Thursday (the day before I picked up my project) and I had inquired about their services and time it takes since I was on a deadline. Jammie let me know that it would take up to 3 days, but she could attempt to put priority on it since I had let her know about my deadline. She explained how it would work and I was ecstatic since I originally thought it would take up to a week. She let me know that once I place an order for it, that she could try to prioritize it, but she wasn’t sure. I was just happy that she would try, but waiting the 3 days was still better than waiting the week I thought it would take. She gave me a call the next morning letting me know that she was able to get it to the top of the list, and that it was ready for pick up. I was over the moon since I had just placed the order the night before. Additionally, when I went in to pick it up, she knew who I was and got me all checked out and sent me on my way in under 5 minutes. I’ve been using FedEx for a couple years now, but this is hands down the best one I’ve ever been to!

My wife and I scheduled a 1:00pm appointment for today in order to have documents notarized. When we arrived, we were told the bosses are the notaries and they hadn't shown up, was also told they have no idea when the bosses show up and to come back after 3, maybe someone would be there to take care of us. What horrible, cavalier customer service. it's all FedEx from here on out!!!

Seriously the fact this place has such a low rating is baffling. Was helped by Tan today getting some prints made and he was awesome. He was super helpful, fast and answered every one of my d*** questions so thank you!

I took our out-of-town friend to this Eden Prairie location, because he needed some printed and faxed pronto. Tan came over to help us, I was glad, because Tan has always been SO helpful to me before when I needed to operate the copy machines. Tan told us how to make the copies and send the documents. Thank you Tan. You are awesome, and you were so kind and knowledgeable in helping us get the job done.We always come to this location for our copy needs, shipping needs, and office supplies. Tan is great. The copy equipment is top notch. Thanks Tan!

I would give ZERO stars and never use FedEx again. I had a package shipped on 3/3 at Eden Prairie Office consisting of important documents. The package did not even go out of Minnesota until 3/9. Upon tracking and opening a case, FedEx closed the case saying that the package is lost. Their website does not allow to submit claims too. Very disappointed.

Worst experience ever for a FedEx store. Was taken care by associate “Tan” & he was a real obnoxious j**** I gave him the benefit of the doubt thinking he might have had a bad day but after seeing other people’s reviews, I’m confident that that’s not the case. The guy doesn’t know how to act like a professional & have 0 knowledge in customer service. Will definitely report this to FedEx senior management so that they take disciplinary action on him. Wont be visiting this store ever.

I'm not going to take the time to see why it's 2.9 I'm guessing from Xmas deliveries or long lines during busy hours, But based off my experiences it's fantastic. You can print off prepaid at home or this location and not have to wait. Friendly/helpful staff as well.

Would have given zero starts if possible. Shipped electric bike with no filler which I paid for and they guarantee teed. $4000 bike damaged in shipment beyond repair. They never reimbursed me for the shipping and packing despite reaching out to them. They also told me they don’t provide insurance so I had to get my own. Thank God I did but I hope my insurance company sues them for the full amount. Disgraceful.

Did they help me? Yes. But the attitude in Every. Single. Comment. from the employees really rubbed me the wrong way. "This isn't our first rodeo" said one as I politely asked if the slip was included in the package. I left feeling no desire to revisit.
