I frequently drop off priority overnight packages at this FedEx Office for work, and Tan consistently provides excellent customer service. He’s always respectful, knowledgeable, and takes the time to clearly explain pickup times and when my packages can be expected. Truly appreciate his professionalism and reliability!

I was honestly taken aback by how kind and helpful the manager and employee were. Next time i need to ship something i will drive the extra few miles to go to this store. Wonderful, friendly people that the world needs more of!
