I signed the lease on an apt here and picked up keys today. I worked with Tiffani at the leasing office. She was helpful, answered all my questions, and took her time through the whole process. She was great to work with.

Maintenance here are so professional and nice and friendly ! Great job done in a timely manner ! Thanks again ! also it is clean here people friendly and amenities are awesome! Office staff are also delightful!

Tiffany in the leasing office was so nice and helpful. She gave a great tour of the community and answered all of our questions. She was stopped several times by other residents who had questions or requests and she was so patient and kind. If you are considering Fountain Place apartments, talk to Tiffany!!!
