“Long review, but worth the read if you’re trying to decide where to go!
If I could give more stars I honestly would! I had an emergency tire repair needing to be done and I dreaded having to take it in somewhere to get it repaired, as I do unfortunately have a bias about the auto repair industry and how gender roles can affect the outcome for lots of people.
I called multiple tire shops around me and that bias was almost immediately brought to fruition. I was met with stark tones from the male service reps. I was talked down to and rushed and not given clear or direct answers when I had specific questions… I was about ready to try and be a YouTube mechanic and figure it out myself (I know how to change a tire. but my rim was bent and I didn’t know how to handle that).
Anyways, before I decided to throw in the towel, I made one final call and that was to Bobby & Steve’s.
I spoke with three different gentlemen that worked there and they ALL understood proper customer service. It was a breathe of fresh air and I actually felt comfortable and confident in bringing my vehicle to them.
Ryan specifically knocked it out of the park. He even went the extra mile and added my tires to a pickup order he was already planning to make within the next half hour of me calling, so I could get my tire replaced same day! I could tell he genuinely wanted to help me, the person, not just fulfill a sale or a quota or whatever.
I felt even more relaxed when I finally arrived to the auto shop and was face to face with everyone in person. Just an overall great environment and great employees and that is a big deal, especially in today’s social climate where customer service is kind of dead regardless of gender or other bias. I just really appreciate this place and I will definitely be back again!”
“This Holiday Station delivered. No line to wait. Reasonable price. I also used my holiday card to discount 10 cents per gallon. It worked. Pumping gas at this gas station was pretty fast unlike some other places. Thanks!”

“I stop in this BP 3x a week to buy a large cocoa/coffee. The clerk Nick is so friendly, funny & sweet. The store is always very clean and well stocked. This BP also has a bakery, deli and hot foods. Their beef stew is awesome.”

“This place is always clean, inside and out. The employee's are always very nice and helpful. This station is advertised as being a locally owned station, which is why (I assume) the place is so well kept. FYI, they have propane too.”
“Attendants are always very nice. This is a good centric location, but I stopped pumping gas there because the pumps stopped accepting my debit card for some reason and I don't feel like coming inside (probably not a big deal though) I do stop by for snacks, ice, or the newspaper.”

“There's a not so nice young man with very long hair that works overnight here. Does not greet you, does not smile... Acts like you're bothering him and can hardly wait for you to get OUT!!!”

“Staff is normally friendly. The carwash was recently replaced. Works pretty well for a carwash that isn’t touch free. Costs $11 for the best option. There’s lights and colors so it’s more entertaining at night. The pressure of the dryers tends to pull the plastic edge protectors off the top of my car. Also the dryers don’t stay on very long so you have to manually dry afterwards.”

“This gas station is absolutely disgusting. The bathrooms are filthy and covered in grime. I could feel the vile aura calling to me from afar the moment my tires crossed the property line. A foul stench permeated my nostrils as I entered the store and guided me on my journey to the loo. There were two unisex restrooms available for public use. I was fortunate enough to initially stumble into the worst of the pair. I couldn't stifle my disgust, along with my excitement. Before my eyes sat a throne of porcelain decorated in various shades of yellow and brown, surrounded by delicate flakes of single-ply toilet paper and an evidently neglectful toilet brush. I immediately knew that an average fellow such as myself was unfit to disgrace these exceptional facilities with my presence. To my dismay, the second bathroom was in a much better condition. A humble lavatory, for a humble girl to utilize. Sitting beside a mountain of tissue comparable in size to Mount Everest was a toilet burdened with the absence of bodily fluids. The room mirrorless, so I wouldn't have to face myself after my failure to properly recognize the grandiosity of the previous restroom. Before my departure I once again entered the first bathroom to revel in its glory, and I left feeling renewed. Lighter, not only because of an empty bladder, but because of the opportunity I was granted to behold such a sight. I will likely not be returning to this gas station, but I will always hold space for it in my heart for the unanticipated enrichment it provided in my time of need. Thank you dearly, Speedway.”
“Wed july 23rd, 1036pm. The worker was very nice, i dident catch a name- he had glasses i bealive somali but unsure. I was looking for two types of tobacco chew and he looked all around for it- so many gas station workers will just say they dont have it. Wish i knew dudes name so i could give a shout out- love good customer service.”
“Service was good not to many people at this time. Clean bathroom, friendly staff.highly recommend this gas stop! Most importantly the island was clean pumps were in good condition. Can't agree with anyone has prices but we pay for what we need!”

“There are long lines, but people know to move fast. Two cars line up to the two stations in a line, and both of the cars leave together after putting in gas, then the next two cars proceed together. It's pretty systematic, taking less time to put gas than before. Of course, the price is good m.”
