“I had a pretty significant knee injury almost a year ago. After working with another facility for PT - I was not satisfied with my progress. I went to ProFitness Training to help me regain the strength and mobility in my knee. After just a few months of working with Kurt, I am now able to do stairs without pain, and my range of motion and strength in the knee has improved significantly. He provided me with unique exercises that built the muscles throughout my leg and body. He takes a holistic approach to training which I really appreciate. I highly recommend Kurt and ProFitness Training.”
“Went for the first time yesterday for open gym at Eden Prairie location. 10, 13, 15 and 17 year olds. First off the young man at the desk was awesome ?. The young lady helping in the skills area was also cheerful and helpful to the smaller ones (not in our group) who were trying some of the bigger skill areas. At first glance I was wondering how my 10 year old was going to reach some of the rings, etc but he did. They also can move around the large mats to help with hight. Some areas pushed their skills which made it all the more gratifying when they accomplished it. We grabbed a few tshirts on the way out and we will be back with some other friends in the future.”

“Not my home location but just recently moved nearby, and I gotta say it has been worth driving a little bit farther to this one than to the one that’s closer to me. I’ve been to quite a few different AF locations and while there have been bigger or emptier ones, this has been my favorite. They got all the machines I need. Also super happy they got the hip thrust machine AND that it’s facing the wall! Staff is very friendly and everyone who comes here seems polite :)”

“My 9yo son attended a birthday party here and it was a hit! There were 2 helpful staff to assist the boys and they came up with a good obstacle course for them, as well as let them have free rein of the equipment! The kids were all smiles.”

“Besides the occasional loud and rowdy teens playing basketball, this is one of my Go To locations whoever I visit home.
Lockers tend to be clean, towels always fresh and stocked. Lots of equipments to work with.
But the best thing about this Lifetime is the staff. My fave Jenni and Deb are world class customer service extraordinaire!!! They are always a delight to be greeted by when entering the club.”

“I'm starting my 8th year at Farrell's Eden Prairie this month! I love the fun class environment. The kickboxing and strength training workouts are great, but the Farrell's people are the BEST!!! I look forward to pushing myself with my workouts but also just connecting with my FXB community! Instructors, managers and owner are supportive, friendly and highly trained. This is my forever gym!!!”
