“Very easy to locate with navigation. Located very close to many restaurants and convenience stores. Staff is friendly and professional, very accommodating and able to solve problems fast. Entire establishment is clean and well organized. Multiple housekeepers busy working and available to provide towels, bedding and toiletries on demand. Room is clean and well organized. Bedding is fresh & clean... Folded nicely. Lighting is abundant, maybe a bit to bright, but that's more a personal opinion. Beds are firm and have multiple good pillows of various firmness. I didn't wake up sore & cramped, slept comfortably through the night. Very very quiet, even with full capacity, I didn't hear any guests through walls or strange noises. Bathroom is clean and hot water is HOT, but sink hot water pressure lacking. Shower is great! Hot water and lots of pressure with multiple settings available on shower head. Continental breakfast was good. Eggs, sausage, potatoes, bacon, bagels, toast, cereals, waffle bar and fresh fruit. Juices and coffee available. I recommend setting a microwave nearby so guests can cook items more if they like! Four out of five stars for breakfast. Only thing is lacking is technology. TV offered no guide for channels or show lineups. And there were only two & three prong electric receptacles. No USB or Type C charging ports... Only outlets. Wi-Fi is available though. Pool availability but no hot tub. And the courtyard looked nice. Our room had a balcony on 2nd floor overlooking well landscaped courtyard. All in all I would stay again and recommend to Family & Friends.”

“I needed a place to stay last minute driving from Montana to Wisconsin. This hotel had a nice unit available for a decent price. I was greeted by a kind gentleman and checked in immediately. They had everything I needed. They have a good restaurant/bar called Kips in the hotel. The room was nice, had a good view, was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed. Parking was also safe, available, and included. I would highly recommend!”

“Stayed for one night. Room was huge, but interesting indoor view from the third floor. Honestly it’s just a preference b/c I’m sure some folks wouldn’t mind but I like to the see the sun in the AM. Hotel was clean throughout, downstairs gym area was small but had lots to choose from and plenty of dumbbells. Front desk staff was friendly and fast and breakfast was tasty. No complaints.”

They anticipated our needs, worked so fast, and presented a delicious buffet. Cherry on top, its easy to get to with tons of parking. Highly recommended. Cannot wait to return.”

“Close to Canterbury Park and the amphitheatre. Rooms are a bit dated and crusty, but clean and spacious. Free breakfast was ticket style, but the cook was friendly and we got enough to eat. It's served in the swimming area, which is kinda odd, but dim and quiet. Luckily nobody was swimming. The staff puts a rock in the back door, so it's not very secure at night. Cleaning staff block the hallway too, as they are pretty narrow. It has a bit of a mental ward vibe tbh. Beds and pillows were great, room was very nice and cold and fridge was turned on. Coffee is sparse in the room, and is just one of those crappy cheapo makers. Our shower was a bit broken and drippy but water was hot and not that hard. Overall, for under a hundo, we'd stay again.”

“This was a fabulous, clean, up to date location. Its right near eating spots, highways, a lake, and church. The staff is also really nice and hospitable. The rooms are spacious and have plenty of seating. I really think the chaise lounge was a nuce touch. The only problem: wifi is occasionally sketchy. I would definitely return here!!”

You have to go to the hotel lobby to buy a pop or get a water, but only half the time they only except cash the next try they only want card....the hot tub makes no sense as it's seating faces away from the pool, and the longest wall of it has no seat to sit on....5 kids made the pool look overfilled with 13 grownup backs facing them from the hot tub...”

She is definitely the reason why I would return! You don't find her level of customer service everyday or everywhere! The one housekeepers were friendly as well. The head housekeeper did breakfast and ensured rooms were clean. Very friendly!”

“Hotel was great. Took my grandsons to the pizza parlor in the hotel. One table with a family of five was there eating. The barmaid saw us sit down looked and walked to the back. We sat for 10 minutes and she did not come back. Very poor customer service at the pizza restaurant. We ended up leaving and ordering dominos.”
