“Clean hotel. The voucher for titanium elite doesn’t work on the marketplace which is surprising. Free water for status and decent lounge. Comfortable stay and good shower pressure and heat.”
-
10985 Red Cir Dr, Minnetonka MN 55343
“This was a fabulous, clean, up to date location. Its right near eating spots, highways, a lake, and church. The staff is also really nice and hospitable. The rooms are spacious and have plenty of seating. I really think the chaise lounge was a nuce touch. The only problem: wifi is occasionally sketchy. I would definitely return here!!”

3900 American Boulevard West, Bloomington MN 55437
“Only knocking off a star because the creamer in the room had gone bad. The front desk offered free Starbucks coffee as compensation. So they made it right. The beds are a bit hard for my liking but it was better than a cheap motel. And the pool broke a pipe for the 2nd night and was out of service, so bad luck there. Also there wasn't a free breakfast, but there is a restaurant on site that serves breakfast.”

7025 Northland Dr N, Brooklyn Park MN 55428
“We have been staying here for years for lacrosse tournaments and for other activities as well. It’s always a great experience. The very rare occasion we’ve had an issue arise, it was handled right away. Staff is always helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Mo is excellent. The rooms are always clean. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more.”

5150 American Boulevard West, Bloomington MN 55437
“Room was spacious and had everything we needed. Breakfast was great with lots of options and it stayed well stocked even though we came in the last hour of breakfast. The kids loved that breakfast had a soda machine. Pool and hot tub are small but well maintained.”

9960 Wayzata Boulevard, Minneapolis MN 55426
“I needed a place to stay last minute driving from Montana to Wisconsin. This hotel had a nice unit available for a decent price. I was greeted by a kind gentleman and checked in immediately. They had everything I needed. They have a good restaurant/bar called Kips in the hotel. The room was nice, had a good view, was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed. Parking was also safe, available, and included. I would highly recommend!”

“Booked last minute and checked in around 1 am no problems. Really appreciated nice staff, clean rooms, and great breakfast! They even switched it partway through to add biscuits and gravy. Online our booking site said free parking but on site they say $10.”

“I was a little worried when we first pulled up looking at the outside but I was pleasantly surprised when we stepped in. The hotel is beautiful! So clean. The rooms are large and nicely decorated. Also very clean! Would definitely stay again!”

2270 W 80th 1/2 St, Bloomington MN 55431
“Great location close to the freeway with easy access to Minneapolis & St Paul. Daily complementary breakfast was always stocked with a nice variety. The pool temperature was a bit on the chilly side, but once you’re in it’s not too bad. Hot tub was nice too. Room service lady was always courteous asking if we ever needed anything in passing. Nice to park underground as well felt safe and secure. Room felt a little dated and the shower was a little wonky to work with, but overall would stay here again.”

11801 Fountains Way, Maple Grove MN 55369
“A very comfortable stay. The breakfast has a lot of options you can choose from, including no meat food. They also have a good variety of bread. The swimming pool is not too deep, but it’s good to have a short swim or have fun with friends and family it also has a hot tub where you can dip your feet and chill out. The fitness center is also nice, they have a lot of machines that you can train your muscle on. The room service is really nice whenever I used to come from work. I used to see my room neatly cleaned the towels replaced the bathroom cleaned, and my bed made. It also is close to a lot of good restaurants and food places that you can explore and have fun!”

“Hotel was a very good average hotel...if that makes sense lol. Clean, friendly staff, pool, gym, breakfast. Breakfast has ok. Pretty basic and not many options. Like anything, could have just been our stay. May or may not be your experience. Nothing exceptional to be 5 star rated.”

3000 Harbor Lane North, Plymouth MN 55447
“We had a wonderful stay at this Comfort Inn! The breakfast was definitely a highlight—one of the best hotel breakfast selections I’ve come across, with a great variety and everything laid out really nicely. The pool and hot tub area were always clean and well maintained. The hot tub was especially great because it really helped my friend’s sore back after a long day. The outdoor patio area is another feature that really stood out. It’s a beautiful, relaxing space with plenty of seating, umbrellas, greenery, and tables to sit and enjoy the weather. I also loved that many of the rooms have patio doors that open directly toward the outdoor area. Even with that open layout, the way the hotel surrounds the courtyard makes it feel very private and secure. And I have to give a big shout-out to the staff! Everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful. Overall, this Comfort Inn gave us everything we could have asked for—clean facilities, a great breakfast, a relaxing outdoor area, a nice pool and hot tub, and amazing staff. Definitely a place I’d stay at again and recommend to others!”

“Dear Housekeeping Team, I am writing to say thank you for the wonderful service during my stay. You have truly done a really good job. Everything was clean and fresh, and I really appreciate the hard work you put into maintaining the rooms. Because of this experience, I will definitely recommend Springhill Suites/Residence Inn to others. Thank you again for everything. Best regards,”

“So the service and the staff were very nice. The location is perfectly located. Although this place definitely needs a remodel. Doesn’t look like it’s had in a while. Definitely showing some wear and tear in places. But the great staff makes up for it.”

11391 Viking Drive, Eden Prairie MN 55344
“Very easy to locate with navigation. Located very close to many restaurants and convenience stores. Staff is friendly and professional, very accommodating and able to solve problems fast. Entire establishment is clean and well organized. Multiple housekeepers busy working and available to provide towels, bedding and toiletries on demand. Room is clean and well organized. Bedding is fresh & clean... Folded nicely. Lighting is abundant, maybe a bit to bright, but that's more a personal opinion. Beds are firm and have multiple good pillows of various firmness. I didn't wake up sore & cramped, slept comfortably through the night. Very very quiet, even with full capacity, I didn't hear any guests through walls or strange noises. Bathroom is clean and hot water is HOT, but sink hot water pressure lacking. Shower is great! Hot water and lots of pressure with multiple settings available on shower head. Continental breakfast was good. Eggs, sausage, potatoes, bacon, bagels, toast, cereals, waffle bar and fresh fruit. Juices and coffee available. I recommend setting a microwave nearby so guests can cook items more if they like! Four out of five stars for breakfast. Only thing is lacking is technology. TV offered no guide for channels or show lineups. And there were only two & three prong electric receptacles. No USB or Type C charging ports... Only outlets. Wi-Fi is available though. Pool availability but no hot tub. And the courtyard looked nice. Our room had a balcony on 2nd floor overlooking well landscaped courtyard. All in all I would stay again and recommend to Family & Friends.”

“Probably the cleanest motel that I’ve ever stayed at! It’s not new, but the rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. The Marine at the front desk made check in fast, and gave some great advice on where to dine. I would most certainly stay here again!”

“Love this hotel. The staff was incredibly respectful and helpful. The only minor issue we encountered was the bathroom door, which was heavy and wouldn’t close properly.”

7780 Flying Cloud Dr, Eden Prairie MN 55344
“We love staying here! For the price, the privacy, the stove, the full size fridge, the family two story suite fits all 6 of us. Will stay here hands down when in the area, feels like we are visiting an apartment instead of hotel!”
-
6300 Wayzata Boulevard, Golden Valley MN 55416
“Very clean rooms, comfy and property is well maintained. Clean all-white bedding, pillows & towels, good breakfast and gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. It’s such a relief to find a decent hotel to stay at ❤”

“Great place, outstanding hospitality, perfect location. Front desk is my go to for late night pizza after everything else is closed. Stayed her about 30 total night over past year. Standard queen, standard king as well as the presidential suit for two nights. Can always count on a hreat night sleep. Thank you, ill be back.”

1500 Park Pl Boulevard, Minneapolis MN 55416
“Ice maker was down. There are no vending machines. You have to go to the hotel lobby to buy a pop or get a water, but only half the time they only except cash the next try they only want card....the hot tub makes no sense as it's seating faces away from the pool, and the longest wall of it has no seat to sit on....5 kids made the pool look overfilled with 13 grownup backs facing them from the hot tub...”

2741 Freeway Boulevard, Brooklyn Center MN 55430
“Great for long term stays. My friends have been there a year! Management is awesome. Always clean, even the parking lot is super clean. I feel very safe here. The location gets an unfair reputation. Highly recommend.”
-
210 Carlson Parkway, Plymouth MN 55447
“I would like to say that Ms. Samantha at the front desk is awesome! She's very friendly and attentive to customers needs. I looked forward to seeing her smiling face everyday. She is definitely the reason why I would return! You don't find her level of customer service everyday or everywhere! The one housekeepers were friendly as well. The head housekeeper did breakfast and ensured rooms were clean. Very friendly!”

2705 Annapolis Ln N, Plymouth MN 55441
“Hotel was great. Took my grandsons to the pizza parlor in the hotel. One table with a family of five was there eating. The barmaid saw us sit down looked and walked to the back. We sat for 10 minutes and she did not come back. Very poor customer service at the pizza restaurant. We ended up leaving and ordering dominos.”
