“Preenar went out of her way during the entire time we were shopping there at the store that day. She answered all of our questions and went on Beyond to assist us even further beyond our questions to help us out even more. After this, we were stuck in line as there was only one person doing checkouts with a big line. Preenar then took initiative to see that she was needed at the registers and started checking people out where she eventually checked us out as well. But more importantly Lydia the sales associate was the best customer service we have ever received. From start to finish she helped my son get some new clothes for his school dance, and she helped me find some new shirts in my size. She was perfect in everything she did. “Beautiful store but a bit frustrating there was no price on the tester. Just a recommendation people don't generally want to buy the tester because it's been used but that is the item people first look at so having the price more visible is helpful.”
“I had an awesome experience working with Abdihakim at Men’s Wearhouse. He helped me find exactly what I needed without making the process stressful or awkward. He actually listened to what I wanted, gave honest suggestions, and made sure everything fit right instead of just trying to sell random stuff. You can tell he knows what he’s doing and loves it he’s patient, chill, and really good at putting outfits together. He made the whole shopping trip way easier than I expected.
