“Preenar went out of her way during the entire time we were shopping there at the store that day. She answered all of our questions and went on Beyond to assist us even further beyond our questions to help us out even more. After this, we were stuck in line as there was only one person doing checkouts with a big line. Preenar then took initiative to see that she was needed at the registers and started checking people out where she eventually checked us out as well. But more importantly Lydia the sales associate was the best customer service we have ever received. “Beautiful store but a bit frustrating there was no price on the tester. Just a recommendation people don't generally want to buy the tester because it's been used but that is the item people first look at so having the price more visible is helpful.”
“Great experience here. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Parking lot is the worst. It's best you park away from the establishment so you don't have to spend 30 mins doing the waltz with other cars. Location is quite big, spacious in every dedicated area. There's variety of product here. I'll be back to see what else they have.”

“I had a HUGE return and needed to get quite a few items re-ordered in different sizes. I intentionally waited until closer to close in hopes of avoiding high traffic times, but they still had a long line. Noah called me to her register at 8:55. I felt terrible! Even though what I was hoping to get done would clearly take more than 5 minutes, Noah was patient, kind, capable, joyful, and willing - even after they had closed - to make sure I got what I wanted. It’s not often you see people go above and beyond to do their job with excellence. Keep it up, Noah! ?? I am SO grateful for you!”

“I have been to this Kohls what seems to be a thousand times, mostly for Amazon returns, and despite the fact that I've returned every odd thing imaginable, the employees are professional and courteous and always get me in and out of there quickly - and don't even roll their eyes when they see me coming, lol. I do also purchase things there from time to time. I would say the store is generally adequately stocked, sometimes its a bit hard to find a size, but if you can't find a size you're looking for in the store, you can order it online and it will ship to your home for free. I'm pretty sure that goes for anything you order from inside the store. Also nice to know is that when you return an Amazon item you get a 20% off coupon to use for up to a week on in store purchases, which is kinda nice if you have last minute wander lust like me!”

“Amazing service throughout my experience, but they really showed up on the day of my sister’s wedding. I forgot my dress shirt at home (four hours away) and didn’t realize it until the morning of the wedding. A quick stop into the store and they sent me away with the exact shirt I forgot, no charge. Just asked that I return one of the two shirts after the wedding. Thank you for turning a stressful situation into a non event.”
