“The store manager Todd is a great guy and helped me today with a facuet I found on the home depot website. The price online was $52.83 but when I went to check out it came to $129.99. I did have to buy it online and use the pick up at store option but Todd was very helpful in the situation.”

Which I thought was good to have because the store is so big, you can find yourself going in circles if you are not familiar with anything. The new systems for self check work fine for me since I got a couple of things. Saved on each item and the employees are very friendly and professional. I will keep going to my local Home Depot.”

“This is a difficult review to write because Bachman's usually does such a good job. I'm adding a star for past performance. I ordered a multi-colored rose bouquet for Valentine's Day 2024 and picked it up at the store on Valentine's Day. They were in a vase and wrapped in plastic. When I removed the plastic at home, 4 of the roses immediately fell to the side. 2 of the lighter colored roses had already begun to brown. They didn't last. These roses should have been sold or discarded 3-4 days before the day they were sold to me.”
