“Tricam makes the famous Gorilla line of products (Ladders, Carts, Hose Reels, etc.) that I find at Home Depot and I absolutely love their products, so much so that I replaced everything with their version. Everything is WELL built, well engineered, and lasts for a long long time. Whatever this team (design, engineering) is doing - please give them all a raise. “Their selection is better than Hone Depot and staff is helpful. Returns are a nightmare cause they don’t have it linked to your credit card unless you go to a separate machine to look up the transaction, very archaic. They NEED to model Home Depot and Lowe’s on this or game a Pro AccountStore is clean and well organized. The piano player on second floor is a great touch.”
