this time I’m trying to schedule a redelivery online, because on weekends they only open one hour Saturday morning. But it shows on the website that there has been a scheduled redelivery, and asks me for a confirmation number, which I don’t have because I didn’t schedule it… I guess I just need to come to the office again…”
“Devin at this post office is a saint! Last Thursday there were 16 people in line to mail packages and he didnt appear stressed out. He very calmly and efficiently greeted each person and got their packages ready to go. Unfortunately nobody made any attempt to use the self service kiosk. People get impatient and upset to see lines, yet they dont use the kiosk, which is very easy and fast to use. This would make the line at the counter smaller and help Devin and the other employees. Cmon people! The kiosk is a piece of cake. Use it or stop complaining about the line!”

“The building is mostly unmarked, so you wouldn't think it's a post office. Down the street is a large building in USPS looking branding, but it's a private business. So it's a little hard to find. The line was non-existent. Staff was as friendly as you could expect a bored federal employee to be. Overall, I recommend this location. They should add a sign though.”

“Not the closest post office location to me but worth the drive. The longer weekday and weekend hours make errands so much easier, parking is always available, and the space is clean and well run. They consistently have enough staff working so I never had a long wait here.”

“Its actually a 1. But, I want this location to stay open. It needs to hire more people. And it MUST have the outside collections redone. They just made all four of the postal bins inoperatable. Seriously only the one on the end is usable by anyone without having to get out of the car...”

Contrary to another review, I do not find this location to be dirty or unorganized. Thank you, Postal Workers, for how tirelessly you work to deliver mail and provide us with the best service you can. I'm sorry for those who are thankless complainers!”

“I went into the post office looking for a package that was set up for a re deliver. I would not be home for the re delivery. A lady of color helped me and Im so sorry I dont remember her name except it started with a C. It was 5:30 pm and I asked if there was a way I could intercept this package. She said that my postal carrier was probably in and disappeared for a bit. She came back with my package. I was blown away because I could tell she had a long day. I didn't ask her to do this.I sure dudnt expect it. She just helped me get my package. Im one who does homework before leaving a review. Whats it like for them, how are they being treated by management and customers. Usually when mistreated I find out that if Im honest, I could if handled things better myself. We expect so much from those who help us with little regard to there feelings. Just because there paid to serve doesn't give anyone a reason to be rude to them. Especially when there doing their job and something's are out of there hands. This is my opinion of course, buts its an honest one. I see all to often customers complaining about the silliest things that the employee has nothing to do with. Every time I've been at this post office I've given them a smile and I've gotten one back.”
