“Great service here. I needed a couple letters mailed with guaranteed delivery and one of my addresses is different. The clerk who helped was thorough, figured out how to address the envelope so it mailed correctly and took initiative asking another colleague for help. It was great I was impressed! I've had many great experiences here and they do a great job. Kudos!”
“The gentleman who helped us (his name was Jeff) was amazing! He came out to look at how much we had for shredding in boxes in the car. Then Jeff helped us bring it all in. He was so polite, with his arms full he still held the door open for ME! They could do 70 pounds of shredding and were so helpful in getting it all done for us.”

The employees have been polite and helpful. My only negative is long lines in December (which is to be expected). “Some of my returns are via “Happy Returns,” a wonderful service provided by UPS. I just initiate the return online and drop the item at UPS. No packaging, no shipping, and no charge. Service here is excellent.”
