Underneath It All is a gem of a store providing a much needed service. The staff are professional, compassionate, fun, and knowledgeable. They treat customers with the utmost respect and kindness, listening to concerns and taking time to ensure needs are met. They are friendly, helpful, and reassuring, making the experience something to look forward to. The staff knows insurance rules and handles that process, which is a huge help and relief. Customers leave feeling satisfied, with a smile, and like a woman again. The store also has a wonderful selection of beautiful, reasonably priced clothing and jewelry. It is highly recommended.
I don't typically write reviews, but felt compelled to because UIA is such an asset to the community! The staff is so caring and really wants to get to know you, hear your story and help you feel comfortable in your body again. Will be recommending to anyone I know who could use their great service!

I had such a wonderful experience at Underneath It All with Tracy. She is caring, kind and very knowledgeable. Tracy helped me find several bras and also new forms that worked well for me. I’m so glad I found UIA!
