Went into this store and they said be right with you. They had 6 people working and I was the next in line. 4 of the employees left after they were done and 2 employees worked with just 1 customer I was there for over an hour and didn’t get anybody to wait on me. We just left because we had better things to do than wait for nothing. This is unacceptable behavior. Why do you need 2 people to pick out covers and other things for the phone. I’m really pissed because this is the third time I’ve been in to fix the problem I’m having with the phone and still haven’t fixed it. This post won’t allow me to give zero stars but that’s what I give this experience negative 0.

Checked in for 1:14 pm, it took exactly 2 hrs 13 mins for my turn, they are short of team, only 2 peeople are working for 8 costumer, the gentleman who’s working back, comes stop by talk with staff members and leave, idk what’s exactly happening in this location but definitely I’m not satisfied at all. Hopefully store manager might see this to resolved soon, make sure to have appointment ahead.

I had a fabulous experience with Danialle. She was so patient and kind. I came back in and she helped with all kinds of things. Thank you, Danialle for working with me! I highly recommend her for all things Verizon!!

Terrible experience - went in to get a new phone. I worked with Sam, who signed me up for Insurance, Disney, Apple Music and other recurring charges without my consent. When I returned to the store to remove all of the monthly expenses added to my account the manager Vanessa explained that the stores policy is to enroll you in all eligible options, with or without your consent.

No attention the people time. Was quoted 40 minutes, had to leave after 1.5 hours. Set up an appointment for a few days later. My appointment was at noon, at 12:30 I left without them even noticing because they are so understaffed they can’t complete anything in a timely manner.
Went to another store and was helped immediately.

The processes in place to do anything at a store is awful. Can't walk into a store and expect any service in a reasonable time. Even after booking an appointment they put you through hoops to do the most basic of services

They charge for product support. Such a racket. Bought a new $1000 phone, and they wouldn’t help me set it up unless I paid $30.

I went into the store on July 4th and was greeted immediately with smiles. The two guys helping me were fantastic, knowledgeable and extremely courteous pointing me in the right direction to get a new plan. They didn’t offer the plan in-store but gave me the information to get it online. Excellent experience.

Greeted as we entered by Logan. He proceeded by asking how he could help us.
He professionally and respectfully answered all our questions regarding acquiring new phones. Logan asked pertinent questions and gave us a quote. He then proceeded to walk through the quote with us.
At times Logan would be engaged in conversation with Roxanne, my wife, and Milton was near by to assist me with other topics.
It should also be noted that upon entering the store that Jack was cleaning equipment and also very knowledgeable.
Couldn’t have been a better experience for us; they acted as a perfect team.

Horrible experience. They treated me so scary, and aggressively. Then I regretfully made an appointment with them. When I came in for appointment I was completely ignored while they laughed, and manager told the Verizon associate that made the appointment with me to go ahead to back of store, and not even greet me at door. I have been a loyal customer for over twenty years for Verizon, and this is how Eden Prairie, M.N. Verizon store location treated me. I recommend to everyone not to be a customer to that Verizon store location, because it's not only unprofessional, it's scary too.

Big shout out to Jake, who helped my friend choose a new phone, patiently answered many questions, and overcame several obstacles to getting everything transferred from her old phone. It all took a long time, and he could have just told us to call customer service, but he hung in there like a champ to make sure she had what she needed. Thanks, Jake!
