DONT DO IT! DONT MAKE THE SWITCH!! You will regret it.Don't switch to this company and going to this store is pointless. I had to wait over 20 minutes for a receipt. After having another nightmare experience with customer care the night prior.While waiting for management to get thier act together and print a receipt for me which they ended up not being able to do, I talked with another couple that had been waiting over 45 minutes just to get a copy of thier final bill. There is no apologies from this company. Just excuses. Don't do it! Don't make the switch!

Watch out for this store I upgraded multiple lines to my account and they added Verizon safety to my plan 5 dollars extra a month as well as Apple one 10 a month so that’s 15 extra to my phone bill that I did not approve of.. clearly the employee at this location make commission off of added services to your account so if you do go through this location check you Verizon account through the app in manage services .. I called Verizon and asked them about what days these were added and it was when I upgraded my phones.. from now on I will always just upgrade online ! I am writing another review about Verizon added onto the current review that I have I upgraded my mom’s phone and now Verizon is saying that we owe on that phone because they didn’t get the trade-in. They said the IMEI don’t match they said at one point she probably made a claim through Asurion and the numbers don’t match I went back into the store they said do not worry about it but when I check my Verizon app, I am still being charged for the phone that they did not upgrade properly so now instead of having a $330 bill it’s now $400this store does not know what they’re doing. I do not recommend going to the store at all cost. Please do not go to the store. Ok so here an update .. called support on line told me they have to call they store they were not answering so I driver there while on hold talk to the manager told me there phones were down for 3 years no one can get ahold of them support come back on the phone tells me they just talked to the store and resolved my issue ! This store does not care about the customer and will just lie straight to your face ! Worse store I have ever ever been to !

Was not impressed at all. Came in to release a phone number off my account so they could start their own account, buy a new phone, and I needed to add international to my plan. Not only did they have a very limited phone selection they couldn't help us with any of what we needed to do and had us call customer service.

Nice place, very helpful, honest. The downside is the parking lot is impossible to get into. Had to walk from another parking lot.

The guys were so kind and helped me with my phone issue. As soon as I walked in, one person said welcomingly, I'll be right with you, please check in. I checked in with QR code, and a guy helped, but he didn't know how to fix the issue, so he called another guy, and another, and they decided the phone needed to be replaced. They placed the order for replacement and the phone is coming in a day! Feels good to know they welcome you and want to take care of your issue. Good people.

Very terrible experience from the moment we walked in. Vague with answers, poor customer service, honestly seeming to want to do as minimal work as necessary. Telling us anything to get us to go to a different store or waiting 2+ hours for an appointment. While waiting for appointment after 40 min still hasn’t helped anyone else… we just leave

This has to be one of the least professional and rudest stores I have ever encountered! The store manager is very disrespectful and shows no courtesy to any customers. I came in to check in and not only did it take 2 hours, but the store manager did not care one bit! I would go to any other Verzion if you can or do your business online and save yourself a big headache and frustration!

I found the salesperson I worked with to be full of slick sales lines and high pressure. The store was clean and they were knowledgeable but they should know customers can see through sales pitches that are too 'Text book' Also don't like when you are in the store that they tell you to call the 800#. the store employees should be able to do everything the customer service line at Verizon can do. Makes for a bad experience when store staff doesn't have the authority to handle all customer issues in person.

I am a first time Version customer and I just had the BEST phone experience of my life with Elliot. Elliot was extremely patient (as he transferred my number over from Xfinity); Elliot was also hospitable and very knowledgeable. I will be returning back because of Elliot's customer service, and be with Verizon for many years to come. Thank you for helping me switch to the best service!

If I could give 0 stars I would, I went to this Verizon store for assistance in filing a claim through Asurion which is Verizon's company for cell phone insurance. The moment I walked into the store they made me feel like I was inconveniencing them and bothering them even though I have 8 lines of service and feed Verizon $350+ per month. I then proceeded to speak to the manager who then referred me to BestBuy claiming that BestBuy's GeekSquad could fix my cellphone which turned out to be far from the truth. I went to the Eden Prairie BestBuy to talk to their GeekSquad and they proceeded to explain to me that BestBuy doesn't offer repairs through Asurion as Asurion isn't affiliated with BestBuy in any way. While talking to the GeekSquad I was informed that this is a "EXTREMELY COMMON OCCURANCE FROM THE EDEN PRAIRIE CORPORATE VERIZON STORE" and that they send all their customer's to BestBuy for BestBuy to fix their problems and to deal with their customers. I wish I was lying but while I was at BestBuy there was another customer there who claimed to be sent to BestBuy from a Verizon store for "assistance with a cellphone datatransfer" which means that Verizon sold this other guy a phone and expected BestBuy to transfer the customers information for FREE. This is absolutely disgusting business practice from this Verizon store and this needs to be taken care of. If I get a reply to this review and it is some BS along the lines of "Sorry for the bad experience hopefully next time is better" I will be dropping all my lines of service and leaving Verizon. I am expecting a reply to this review that will get me in the right direction to talk to a higherup at Verizon to explain to them how horrible this store is.Thank you.

The team hooked my mom and I up with new phones a few days ago and did an awesome job. They were very supportive with our needs. I came back today with a voicemail problem and Nick helped me out and answered my questions. Nick is awesome and he's the s**t!

Every single time I have stepped into this store I have been given the run around. Every store employee at this location directs me to call customer service to handle my issue. I was just in and was told there are customers with appointments arriving in 30 mins so helping me with my matter will cause a overload for the employee. I am a 10 year Verizon customer and this is just highly unacceptable and clearly my service to Verizon is not appreciated. Please look into your team at this location.
