“Great store that has been an institution at the Galleria since the 80's or 90's. It seems they have been able to curate a collection of the best of the best of the brands they represent. The staff knows about products and materials used. It seems they are able find emerging and interesting brands. The sales people have been exceptional in my experience and even special ordered a color and size I wanted. This place is a refreshing experience in retail that is harder and harder to find. High end offerings and friendly.”

They will help you locate a piece that is not available in their store and they are neutral with an honest opinion, if needed. Eileen's clothing is manufactured in sustainable ways, including buy back of your unwanted pieces. Everyone is well trained and happy to help with all aspects of your sale. I have never had a negative experience at the Galleria store!! In fact, a trip to EF is normally a terrific pick me up. This store continues to be on the forefront when it comes to special zoom events and helpful holiday shopping assistance.”

“My son and I went in here today and they had a few younger boys working. They were seriously the most kind and respectful people. They asked about our day, our plans and talked about interest. I wish I would have got the names of the kids. They said "how's your day today?" When I said good they asked what made it good. I just felt like they were trying to build a genuine conversation and I deeply appreciated it. When I left they told us to have a fantastic day. Even though I didn't buy anything, I felt very welcomed in the store!!!!”

“I was in the store yesterday to exchange a few shirts without a gift receipt or BR account tied to the purchase. Randi, the General Manager, spent 25 minutes of her day sorting out the return to ensure we received the highest possible value on the items and ordering the replacements. I expected the lowest price in the last 30 days or so, which would have been perfectly fine as we didn't have a receipt from the gift, and I was just hoping to exchange the items for a smaller size without much out-of-pocket. I walked away with the items ordered for home delivery plus a great shirt Randi helped me pick out for my partner, and additional store credit. The time, patience and kindness Randi showed was certainly above and beyond. I walked away feeling very appreciative of the great experience at BR. And of course, the store was prestinely clean and the displays were impeccable.”

I have purchased at least 10 different types of clothing and other items which all had the same top notch quality. Sam was able to assist me in finding a duffle bag which he had in store and offered to ship it for free. I was very impressed with the customer first approach and the quick shipping options. “I just got a new job and was struggling to find work pants to accommodate the uniform requirements. I was convinced there was nothing in the store that could accommodate my new, larger size. Cleo asked me to give two items a shot, and they could not have been more right. Left with a pair of jeans, Cleo made sure to remind me to bring in an old pair of jeans to receive $50 discount which is huge. I am so glad I went into this store today. What a positive experience.
