“They helped me pick out the perfect band and black diamond combination. Since it was close to the holidays, the timing was a bit tight. Luckily, the band and diamond came a week before our trip to Switzerland (which is where I planned to pop the question). The team at Jared's was in constant communication with me, and I was able to pick it up with a few days to spare!My significant other "knew" something was up, but obliged my secretiveness. I managed to keep the ring hidden until we got to the dock at Lake Brienz where our favorite K-drama, Crash Landing On You, filmed that famous dock scene where he played the piano (if you know, you know).There were only a few couples ahead of us and none behind us as we waited (I was shaking). The sun was setting as our turn came up. The couple ahead of us was from New York, and since no one was behind us, they decided to sit back and wait to take more after we were finished.We took our pictures (with the help of the other couple), and when we were satisfied with our photos, my significant other asked if we were done. That is when I took her by the hands and told her that there was one more we needed to take. When she looked at me questioningly, I whispered, "this is it, baby," at which point she immediately started crying. The other couple picked up on what was happening right away and started recording and taking photos, which is where I got the attached (that's right, the photos are of the real moment!).I do not remember much of what I said; only that I gripped the ring tight so it would not fall between the cracks of the dock. This moment could literally not have been more perfect. Thank you Jared for making this moment possible.She said yes by the way.”

“In reading previous reviews, I'm guessing I had a better experience because I booked an appointment ahead of time and had frequent communications with the consultant to ensure that she had the type of engagement rings I was looking for on site before I even arrived.Emelia greeted me the second we walked in at our appointment time, took us to a private room, and showed me all of the different diamond shapes and settings that I had requested. She brought me rings that I wouldn't have chosen for myself, and I actually ended up picking out one that wasn't in my plan at all. She was sure to keep us full of champagne and chocolates, and we had the full Tiffany experience that I had hoped for. We purchased a ring that day, and it arrived just a couple of days later, even though it was paid for, she still showed me another size diamond in the same setting just to confirm that I was happy with what I chose.In the time since, I've had to request different receipts and documentation for my insurance, which Emelia has been happy to provide. I can't wait to come back and purchase our wedding bands.”
