“The customer service at Tecovas was exceptional. I originally went to the store with a friend who was looking to try on and buy a pair of boots, and I was just along for the ride. As soon as we walked in, Brendan greeted us and made the whole experience fantastic. After hearing him explain the different styles, sizing, fit, and materials, I decided to try on a pair myself. It didn't take long before I was convinced I needed a pair too!
The one-on-one service was outstanding and made the entire boot-buying experience feel personal and enjoyable. I also loved learning more about the craftsmanship and details behind the boots I was trying on. Brendan was knowledgeable, friendly, and never made the experience feel rushed.

We also found shirts that they didn’t have sizes in and she was able to help us locate and order those for us as well. She was super helpful and nice about everything. Great customer service! Just wanted to say thanks for answering my questions and being patient. This is my first big purchase when it comes to jewelry so was a little nervous that it might get damaged in the mail but my order arrived quickly and the packaging was great. They will help you locate a piece that is not available in their store and they are neutral with an honest opinion, if needed. Eileen's clothing is manufactured in sustainable ways, including buy back of your unwanted pieces. Everyone is well trained and happy to help with all aspects of your sale. I have never had a negative experience at the Galleria store!! In fact, a trip to EF is normally a terrific pick me up. This store continues to be on the forefront when it comes to special zoom events and helpful holiday shopping assistance.”
