We also found shirts that they didn’t have sizes in and she was able to help us locate and order those for us as well. She was super helpful and nice about everything. Great customer service! “I just got a new job and was struggling to find work pants to accommodate the uniform requirements. I was convinced there was nothing in the store that could accommodate my new, larger size. Cleo asked me to give two items a shot, and they could not have been more right. Left with a pair of jeans, Cleo made sure to remind me to bring in an old pair of jeans to receive $50 discount which is huge. I am so glad I went into this store today. What a positive experience. They will help you locate a piece that is not available in their store and they are neutral with an honest opinion, if needed. Eileen's clothing is manufactured in sustainable ways, including buy back of your unwanted pieces. Everyone is well trained and happy to help with all aspects of your sale. I have never had a negative experience at the Galleria store!! In fact, a trip to EF is normally a terrific pick me up. This store continues to be on the forefront when it comes to special zoom events and helpful holiday shopping assistance.”
